Can you ignore other users? That would be an super feature!
November 21, 2007 at 5:50 pm#72535Not3in1ParticipantYes! It's called free will.
You are free to do what you wish, whether that means ignoring someone or not; reading their posts or not. It's difficult, I know, but it can be done. Remember that no one has the right to bully you, or harass you. This is called abuse and will not be tolerated by our Moderator, and you may report such behavior.
I've thought about this some…….not allowing non-believer's to post, or limiting their posting rights, and it's no good. If we are all true “truth seekers” then we must be able to evaluate, research and look at all possibilities.
Talking with someone who did not believe as I did is the exact reason why I do not believe in the Trinity today! Praise God! Had I been restricted from talking with these folks – I would have never known who God truly is. So, you see, there is great value in having different beliefs brought together in one place.
Where I draw the line is disrespect. It should not be tolerated. Calling God names and labeling him “nasty” or a “murderer” is not respect. There is a way to intelligently and respectfully bring out feelings on a matter without disrespecting those around you. This needs to be looked at, in my opinion.
November 21, 2007 at 6:21 pm#72542IM4TruthParticipantSamuel I have been ignoring Tow and Stu for some time now, very seldom do I read their Post and only once in awhile have responded. I feel that knowing that one is an Atheist and the other does not belief in Christ, which our whole Christianity is based on, why I should say anything to them. I further do not understand what they are doing on a Christian Website. its crazy. Explaining doctrines of our faith is one thing, but denying Christ and God is another. As far as I am concerned Tow is Anti-Christ and I want nothing to do with Him. I have loved my Savior for a long time now, I know Him and I love Him and our Heavenly Father with all of my Heart. That is the way it will be forever more and till death do us part, and my new life will begin. I am looking so forward to that.
I want to mention on more thing. Scripture tells us that the Father has given us to Christ, and He will never loose us. I for one belief that and count on it. AmenPeace and Love Mrs.
November 22, 2007 at 6:09 am#72592IM4TruthParticipantMandy Please look at these Scriptures. 2Jo 1:7 For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. Such a one is the deceiver and the antichrist.
2Jo 1:8 Watch yourselves, so that you may not lose what we have worked for, but may win a full reward.
2Jo 1:9 Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.
2Jo 1:10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting,
2Jo 1:11 for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works.Peace and Love Mrs.

Nabal, son of Belial, a man cannot speak to him.
Nabal refuses Food for Davids men1Sa 25:9 And when David's young men came, they spake to Nabal according to all those words in the name of David, and ceased. 10 ¶ And Nabal answered David's servants, and said, Who [is] David? and who [is] the son of Jesse? there be many servants now a days that break away every man from his master. 11 Shall I then take my bread, and my water, and my flesh that I have killed for my shearers, and give [it] unto men, whom I know not whence they [be]? 12 So David's young men turned their way, and went again, and came and told him all those sayings.
13 And David said unto his men, Gird ye on every man his sword. And they girded on every man his sword; and David also girded on his sword: and there went up after David about four hundred men; and two hundred abode by the stuff. 14 ¶ But one of the young men told Abigail, Nabal's wife, saying, Behold, David sent messengers out of the wilderness to salute our master; and he railed on them.
15 But the men [were] very good unto us, and we were not hurt, neither missed we any thing, as long as we were conversant with them, when we were in the fields:
16 They were a wall unto us both by night and day, all the while we were with them keeping the sheep. 17 Now therefore know and consider what thou wilt do; for evil is determined against our master, and against all his household: for he [is such] a son of Belial, that [a man] cannot speak to him.November 23, 2007 at 7:58 am#72673StuParticipantPhil 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Heb 6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
Heb 6:3 And this will we do, if God permit.
Heb 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
Heb 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
Heb 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
Heb 6:7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
Heb 6:8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
Heb 6:9 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.
1Jo 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Demolition derby, wow,. A contest in which drivers crash old cars into each other until only one is left running.
Demolition Derby is a no-holds-barred car destruction derby. Played inside a rectangular arena, the object of the game is destroy other players' vehicles while preserving your own. Destroying your opponent's car is best accomplished by throwing your car into reverse and using your trunk to ram into the other vehicles. The more damage you do, the more points you receive. Since the engine block is the most vulnerable part of the car, you will gain the most points and do the most damage by attacking it. Of course, this also means that you most protect your own engine (oul) from your attackers.November 23, 2007 at 8:32 pm#72713StuParticipantQuote (Not3in1 @ Nov. 24 2007,05:21) Scripture used as a pointing finger rarely shows the way.

November 24, 2007 at 4:52 am#72765Not3in1ParticipantWow, I've never seen that many exclamation marks in one post before!
I see that Christ's love is compelling you to tell me these things and I thank you for your great concern. A true brother, indeed a very “concerned brother”. I thank God for you!
2 Cor. 1:21, 22
Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ.
He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us
and put his spirit in our hearts as a deposit
guaranteeing what is to come.
I'm safe, brother. God makes me stand firm. Scripture goes as far to say he “owns” me. It's OK for me to search him out……..really it is.

If you were to tell me you were ready to give away your christian faith and embrace a worldview similar to mine, I would not think much of the change. Yet here you are telling other believers that your faith in god is safe and they are STILL panicking!Wow.

Ken!
I would request you keep my name out of your conversations unless you are responding to a post I make. You have no idea what my relationship with God is.November 25, 2007 at 10:04 pm#72914AdminKeymasterKenrch, please refrain from judging in this way.
November 25, 2007 at 10:59 pm#72915GeneBalthropParticipantKenrch……> it also say's. “Who are you who judges another mans servant, for He will srand or fall to his own master”, and that's not you!.
and again, ” He who started a work in you will perform it, until the day of Christ.
and again, ” whom the Lord called, them He also predestinated to be conformed unto the Lord Jesus Christ”
and again,” Him who condems His brother also comdems Himself”
It seems to me you doin't believe God is able to keep all those He calls and chooses, and maybe that's a sign of your lack of true Faith. Mandy, and Kejonn and all of us are growing in our walk with the Lord.
Please stop casting condesending despersions on brothers and sisters. God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Mandy and Kejonn are no more dying like a slowly cooked frog then you are.
And even if you see something going on with one of Us, shouldn't you try to show Love and Kindness to Us. Even Jesus said He came not to condemn the world, but to save. But you are condemning people to the unforgivible sin. So I gess you will be their also, “For He who condemns His brother, condemns Himself”, and “whatsoever you deal out will be dealt unto you”, isn't that what it say's.
Stop doing this Ken, ……….gene
