For some reason T8 fiercely denies the anointing at the Jordan.
No Nick,
You are mischaracterizing T8’s beliefs.
What T8 is denying is: The spirit of Christ was not given to Christ at Jordan,
he was instead born with it.Please be careful not to bear false witness in your zeal to promote your beliefs.

Your brother

Ed JMay 28, 2018 at 10:59 pm#829643ProclaimerParticipantNick it says He was before John.
Was He anointed at this time when He was at the age of 12. Yes or no
Give me a straight answer yes or no Nick God bless.Nick cannot give straight answers like that. Jesus said this happens because of the evil one. We know the evil one is a deceiver and are aware of his vices. He hides the truth and avoids yes and no. Would rather throw a railing accusation or provide lots of detail where he can hide. Yes or No is too clear and too obvious. Nick cannot answer this way without coming into serious problems regarding his teaching and doctrine. So he avoids yes and no. The thing is, I believe this will seriously bite him on the bum one day. When you play with a serpent long enough he will bite.

And all things were created through him. Thus, he is between God and creation. He is the agent of God’s creation.
May 29, 2018 at 12:56 am#829647AnthonyParticipantHi T8 God bless . O, I see said the blind man. I hear what you’re saying T8. I just don’t know why, they think The Lord Jesus Christ didn’t pre-existed with the Father before the foundation of the world.
May 29, 2018 at 3:19 am#829649JodiParticipantHi Anthony,
Please consider,
Luke 20: 36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. 37 Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. 38 For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him. 39 Then certain of the scribes answering said, Master, thou hast well said. 40 And after that they durst not ask him any question at all. 41 And he said unto them, How say they that Christ is David’s son? 42 And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, 43 Till I make thine enemies thy footstool. 44 David therefore calleth him Lord, how is he then his son?
They did not understand how someone who comes after you can be before you, meaning be the head of you, be a master over you. Jesus told them that David did indeed himself say that a descendant of his would be his own master. This is not traditional, this was hard for them to understand, and it is the same conversation that occurred about Jesus being before Abraham. This would have been seriously confusing to the Sadducees as they didn’t even believe in the resurrection.
Ephesians 1: 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of the glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the recognition of him, 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, for your knowing what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what the exceeding greatness of His power to us who are believing, according to the working of the power of His might, 20 which He wrought in the Christ, having raised him out of the dead, and did set him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality, and authority, and might, and lordship, and every name named, not only in this age, but also in the coming one; 22 and all things He did put under his feet, and did give him — head over all things to the assembly, 23 which is his body, the fulness of Him who is filling the all in all,
The man that was perfected on earth and raised from the dead sits at God’s right hand, this son of man was given all authority, might and lordship to this age and the coming age. The perfected man has been placed head over all things.
Titus 1: 2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
Hebrews 1: 1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
The man that was perfected on earth is who brings us eternal life, and this was of God’s word before the world began, this was God’s purpose and plan from the beginning. Jesus was in God’s word in the beginning and he became flesh of the seed of David as was promised, and then his flesh was born again through the Spirit at the river, making Jesus the “only begotten Son,” as was also promised.
John 1: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
In the beginning was a promise of eternal life (which would be made of the seed of David and born of God’s Spirit), and eternal life was with God (it is with Him because it is something that He can give), and eternal life was God (God IS LIFE).
1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
same– transliterate word Houtos means this or these.
Eternal life and a coming human savior bringing that eternal life was the promised word that was in the beginning with God. God would not have made the world if not for this coming savior, because in him was the plan to bring eternal life. All things were made THROUGH this coming savior. John was sent by God to bare witness of him who was the light of the world, because of the life that he would bring as a savior from our sins. In the MAN Jesus is the light/life, ONLY the man that was perfected through suffering that offered up himself as a sacrifice is the life.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. 15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. 16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
We are specifically told about being BORN of God, and then we read that the world became flesh. This is in direct reference to Jesus being born of God at the river, God’s word of bringing life fulfilled.
The promise was to bring eternal life through the man Jesus, this was established first, then you have a promise by God that through this savior God would call others. John new the one to be begotten was coming, and God called John to be sent out into the world to prepare the way before Jesus would be begotten. John was called according to the promise of the man that would be head over him. Jesus was born of a woman after John was born of a woman, but Jesus was born of the Spirit becoming the “only begotten Son,” and then he became the firstborn of the dead. According to the promise and the entire purpose God created the world, Jesus is the firstfruits of the Spirit.
2 Timothy 1: 9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, 10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
One thing that a prophet never spoke of was of a pre-existing son becoming the seed of David. What the prophets said was that out of Israel there will come a savior from among their brethren. I stick to that. What we are also told is that Jesus was perfected on earth, that he became a perfected man, and that perfection is what saves my own life if I believe in this truth. Therefore if Jesus did pre-exist it means absolutely NOTHING to me, but my One True God the Father perfecting a man on earth means EVERYTHING.
It is BECAUSE of this, the PERFECTED MAN, Jesus as the firstborn of the dead, has been appointed the master over all of the One True God’s creation. There is a new covenant a new man and a new heaven and earth. We are specifically told that before the One True God the Father created the world His purpose was eternal life in the man that would come of the seed of David and be begotten by God’s Spirit on a certain day.
May 29, 2018 at 5:06 am#829651JodiParticipantAnthony,
I can see where you see scriptures that seem to make it sound like the man Jesus pre-existed.
I have posted about Jesus describing himself coming down from heaven like the manna that came from the dew of heaven. When Jesus was saying that he came from heaven, he was saying that he came FROM GOD, he was not saying that he literally came down from heaven. Jesus had to speak and convince many that he was indeed the promise, he read from the prophets quoting verses about him, to show the people that he was in fact the fulfillment of God sending a savior from among their people. When he said he came down from heaven it was not to reveal that he pre-existed and went into Mary’s womb, he was declaring that he CAME from GOD.
I have posted about Jesus being before Abraham, David, and John. This too is not a revelation of Jesus saying he pre-existed, it is him revealing once again that he is of the promise that he is the lord that was to come and be master even over his own father king David.
It is the man on earth that suffered that earned the position to have authority over all of creation.
This is significant, it is very important. We have redemption because of what the Spirit of God was able to do within a man born of the seed of David. The Spirit was able to perfect a man, and through that perfection of the man he could not be held to the punishment of sin. Eternal life lives in a perfected man of which occurred on earth.
God can MAKE man INTO His Own image, He can create something and bring it to righteousness and give it the eternal life that He Himself has, that He Himself is. That which God creates cannot perfect itself, it needs God’s Spirit.
The history of the bible shows us man trying to ignore God and follow his own imagination, trust in himself and not God. Jesus was perfected when he went to the cross because he accomplished the ultimate test of his FAITH in the One True God, Jesus believed that though he may die, God could indeed raise him up. He did this out of the love he had for us, having the FAITH that he would be a firstborn from the dead.
Anthony, Jesus has Eternal LIFE BECAUSE of what occurred on earth, because of what God accomplished in a man, to say that he went back to being immortal as he was before, is antichrist. Eternal Life is through the anointing of God’s Spirit in a man working perfection, of which makes Jesus THE CHRIST.
You CANNOT make ETERNAL LIFE in a man pre-exist when PERFECTION had NOT YET occurred. In the beginning was eternal life, in the beginning was the promise of eternal life, in the beginning there was not a son who already had eternal life. What the scriptures tell us specifically is that there was a promise that a Son of the seed of David would be given eternal life, and become ruler over God’s creation.
Adam and Eve were for a time immortal, but being immortal is not the same as having EARNED Eternal Life. Adam and Eve were immortal but they weren’t perfect and when they sinned they brought death. Jesus was raised with Eternal Life to never be able to die again, he destroyed death, ALL because he became perfected. This is THE CHRIST we need to believe in for our own reception of Eternal Life.
Anthony, there is a reason why Jesus was begotten at a certain point in history, Jesus had to see the history of the world, see man leading a life that had been denying God. God had to show him, teach him, give him wisdom. Jesus had to follow the law, he read the scriptures and believed in them.
Anthony, was your pre-existing son perfect, how did he get that way?
May 29, 2018 at 5:11 am#829652AnthonyParticipantHi Jodi. common logic has to come in to this all. One of my thoughts is this. For Jesus to be just a man, He would had to be born by Joseph and Mary but he wasn’t. If He had been born just with 50% of Mary’s DNA the(xx) Gene. And God done the other half with(yx) Gene. Jesus wouldn’t be without spot of sin. he would be blemish with sin. If it was all of God DNA that would have been a super miracle with the Virgin Mary that would make more sense to me. Being a virgin has nothing to with with out sin. that has to do with not having sex. God bless something to think about. In Him Anthony
May 29, 2018 at 5:19 am#829653AnthonyParticipantShe was just the vessel that carry Him.
May 29, 2018 at 5:26 am#829655GeneBalthropParticipantAnthony. …Adam and Eve’s DNA WAS “ALL” SUPPLIES BY GOD, 100%, DID THEY SIN? God suppling Jesus’ DNA has nothing to do with him sinning or not.
Peace and love to you and yours. ……gene
May 29, 2018 at 5:34 am#829656AnthonyParticipantJodi He came out from the the Father that’s how the Greek says it. From and forth, Is a bad translation. I take this meaning as He literally came out from the Father before the foundation of the world. World as earth not olam or aions. God bless. In Him Anthony.
May 29, 2018 at 5:49 am#829657AnthonyParticipantHi Gene God bless. Gene Jesus would have to be by two humans man and woman to be only a man. Does that sound better. I must of have through you off mentioning DNA. Sorry about that. Gene Jesus had no sin. You have Adam before the fall and after the fall, do we not. God bless.
May 29, 2018 at 6:01 am#829661AnthonyParticipantGene. you’ll have to explain this to most of the church Father after the resurrection. I said most not all. It’s pretty apparent most of them dont believe like you in these matters. God bless
May 29, 2018 at 6:28 am#829667NickHassanParticipantHi Anthony,
The so called church fathers will be too busy explaining to the Master why they taught what he did not teach.
We do not follow them because they preferred the logic and of men and wandered off the path of truth

T8 has attacked vehemently the work of the Spirit through myself and others
May God forgive him and give him the spirit of prophecy that his confusion about scripture clears away.
May 29, 2018 at 6:51 am#829671JodiParticipantHi Anthony,
Matthew 1:1 The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. 2 Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat Judas and his brethren; 3 And Judas begat Phares and Zara of Thamar; and Phares begat Esrom; and Esrom begat Aram; 4 And Aram begat Aminadab; and Aminadab begat Naasson; and Naasson begat Salmon; 5 And Salmon begat Booz of Rachab; and Booz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse; 6 And Jesse begat David the king; and David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Urias; 7 And Solomon begat Roboam; and Roboam begat Abia; and Abia begat Asa; 8 And Asa begat Josaphat; and Josaphat begat Joram; and Joram begat Ozias; 9 And Ozias begat Joatham; and Joatham begat Achaz; and Achaz begat Ezekias; 10 And Ezekias begat Manasses; and Manasses begat Amon; and Amon begat Josias; 11 And Josias begat Jechonias and his brethren, about the time they were carried away to Babylon: 12 And after they were brought to Babylon, Jechonias begat Salathiel; and Salathiel begat Zorobabel; 13 And Zorobabel begat Abiud; and Abiud begat Eliakim; and Eliakim begat Azor; 14 And Azor begat Sadoc; and Sadoc begat Achim; and Achim begat Eliud; 15 And Eliud begat Eleazar; and Eleazar begat Matthan; and Matthan begat Jacob; 16 And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.
17 So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations.
This tells us that CHRIST was in fact of Joseph’s lineage, God gave Mary Joseph’s dna.
Everyone thought he was the son of Joseph, assuming he had been conceived in a natural fashion but he was in fact conceived through the power of the Holy Spirit, before Joseph had known Mary.
Inheritance rights come through the Father, so Jesus being declared of the seed of David to take over David’s throne would have had to come through his father’s lineage, another proof that Jesus had been given through God’s Spirit Joseph’s dna.
May 29, 2018 at 6:53 am#829672AnthonyParticipantHi Gene, Twelve years later: the boy Jesus goes with his parents to Jerusalem Luke 2
41-48 Every year at the Passover festival Jesus’ parents used to go to Jerusalem. When he was twelve years old they went up to the city as usual for the festival. When it was over they started back home, but the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, without his parents’ knowledge. They went a day’s journey assuming that he was somewhere in their company, and then they began to look for him among their relations and acquaintances. They failed to find him, however, and turned back to the city, looking for him as they went. Three days later, they found him—in the Temple, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. All those who heard him were astonished at his powers of comprehension and at the answers that he gave. When Joseph and Mary saw him, they could hardly believe their eyes, and his mother said to him, “Why have you treated us like this, my son? Here have your father and I been very worried, looking for you everywhere!”
49 And Jesus replied, “But why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?”
50-52 But they did not understand his reply. Then he went home with them to Nazareth and was obedient to them. And his mother treasured all these things in her heart. And as Jesus continued to grow in body and mind, he grew also in the love of God and of those who knew him.
Catholics will reject that Mary had nothing to do with Jesus and if the Father did it all which He did, as we all know. Because if it were true then they could not practice witch craft. For they believe in necromancy. (Praying to a dead woman)Her sinful blood never touched that of Jesus and her sinful nature was never used to create Jesus.May 29, 2018 at 7:05 am#829674AnthonyParticipantHi Nick. Well Nick I feel that I need to search out history as well as scripture. There not wrong about all thing Nick . A little here and alittle there.God bless.
May 29, 2018 at 7:11 am#829675AnthonyParticipantNick. now some of the father’s taught that men and women have a immortal soul, I don’t. God bless.
May 30, 2018 at 1:56 am#829736GeneBalthropParticipantAnthony, do you think Jesus’ parentes did not tell him God Fathered him? SURE HE KNEW WHAT HIS DESTENY WAS and all young Jew were taught the scriptures, but show us any miracles that was done by him, before his baptizm and recieving of God his father’s spirit there is none, no scripture shows any, why because he had not recieved power from on high yet, untill he becam the Messiah or anointed one.
Anthony, you are not taking what we are telling you seriously and are in the grips of the “many” false teachers, of the trinitarians, you seem to be rejecting all the scriptures we are showing you, remember these scriptures are not our opinions, but what is clearly written.
Matt 7:13….Enter you in ar the strait gate: for wide us the gate, and broad is the way m that leads to destruction, and “MANY” there be which go in threat: 14, Because straight is the gate, and “NARROW” is the way, which leads unto life, and “FEW” there be that find it.
Now ask yourselves who has the wide gate and the many? , is it not the Catholic and Prodestants, both trinitarians, who the masses or the “MANY” are involved with? You may try to seperate the Catholic’s from the Prodestants, and while they have minor differences, they both are diehard Trinitarians, believing JESUS IS A GOD, THEY preach the “WIDE” road and “MANY” go in threat.
Peace and love to you and yours. …..gene
May 30, 2018 at 3:15 am#829737JodiParticipantAnthony,
Gene said it right Adam most certain came from the One True God the Father,
38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.
But Adam was not perfected, he sinned, which means to miss the mark, to go the wrong way from God’s path, when he sinned he was separated from the LIFE that is from God.
You seem to be in complete denial of the plan of God that existed before He made the world, which was to bring eternal life unto His created human beings. This PLAN is described specifically by Paul with 2 types of ADAMS.
Unfortunately if you rely on these so called “church fathers”, and their doctrine you will most certainly never see the truth. As I have told LU, these men were pagan converts, who loved Greek philosophy, like that of Plato. Their doctrines are exactly what the scriptures warned about, they are not the “church” they are not of the body of Christ, they speak antichrist. They went forward hating the Jews and their doctrine was written applying their Greek philosophy to scripture, and their goal was to pull in pagans, so they changed the Sabbath to Sunday, they changed Passover to Easter for crying out loud!! In a pagan world all great men were made into gods. Making Jesus into a god was something the pagans could understand and go along with.
13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam‘s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. 15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. 20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.1 Corinthians 15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.By ONE man’s OBEDIENCE many made righteous. Those church father you speak of Anthony have polluted your mind!Jesus was to come and he was coming as the same figure as ADAM.Hebrews 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. There is NO scripture that says Jesus was without sin because of his DNA, if I have taken what you have said correctly.Luke shows us that through Mary Jesus is a son of Adam, and Adam is the son of God. Matthew shows us that Jesus is in fact of Joseph’s DNA.There are 2 types of Adams, there is the one that was made a living soul, Jesus was also born a living soul a son of Joseph, a son of David, a son of Adam, as first is the natural and then the spiritual. Then we have the second type of Adam, one MADE by the Spirit that brought eternal life.42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made* a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. 48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.Jesus had a natural body, if he had not he would not have been able to be tempted by that body, and he would not have been able to die. Jesus conquered the natural body for while he was in it he did not sin, and could not be held to the punishment of sin, so he was raised from the dead having been made into an eternal living human being, the first of many brothers and sisters. First, ALL are of Adam being of the earth, when Jesus was anointed at the river he was begotten by God with God’s Spirit without measure. This is when the SAVIOR from among Israel was raised up and Jesus went forth having come sent directly from heaven, from God to learn obedience through suffering and die on the cross. He was then begotten AGAIN, raised up by the Spirit again, this time with eternal life. - AuthorPosts
