Hi,
It is God that creates by His Spirit.
The Spirit given to the man.
The Spirit of Christ.
April 14, 2018 at 6:34 am#822243GeneBalthropParticipantTo all…. The spirit of Christ, is not saying Jesus’ spirit he was born with, but the spirit he recieved into him when he was baptized at the Jordan River, better translated as “the spirit of the anointing” which is the spirit Jesus recieved and the same spirit the Saints have recieved also. Thats the way i see it.
Peace and love to you all and yours. ……..gene

Who is His son’s name?
A prophetic question.
The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.
What which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the word of life.
The Spirit of Christ.

April 14, 2018 at 5:19 pm#822256NickHassanParticipantHi Ed,
No Jesus of Nazareth was anointed with the Holy Spirit at the Jordan.
Do you deny this?
April 14, 2018 at 5:54 pm#822268ProclaimerParticipantNick, the one who was born in Bethlehem that we speak of is Jesus.
You do not believe that Jesus was the Christ.
You believe that Jesus Christ is the Christ.
Is this a denial of Jesus being the messiah?
It appears that way to the hearers.
What do you have to say about that?
April 14, 2018 at 6:02 pm#822270NickHassanParticipantHi t8,
Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Was he the anointed one prior to his anointing? Only in prophecy
Did he exist before he was born? No but the Word was with God and was God.
The vessel, Jesus of Nazareth, was foreknown by God. Do you doubt the abilities of our God?

From Eternity to Bethlehem
Hi Ed,
No
Yes Nick,
“But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah,
yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel;
whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.” (Micah 5:2)April 14, 2018 at 9:31 pm#822277Ed JParticipantBethlehem Ephratah, out of thee shall he come forth whose goings forth have been from everlasting.

Hi Nick,
Why do you deny this?
April 14, 2018 at 10:04 pm#822279NickHassanParticipantHi Ed,
Yes the messiah was born at Bethlehem.
Prophetic of course.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Stop trying to force the spiritual words through your human logic filter.
April 15, 2018 at 2:30 am#822280GeneBalthropParticipantEdj….Jesus did came forth “from” Bethlehem that was he berth place and his comming into being, and yes his comming forth was from everlasting because, God who is everlasting planed his berth and even fathered him into existence before the foundations of the earth it was planned, He was a prophecied human being, just as Moses said “the LORD shall raise up “from among your brethern a prophet like unto me, and unto him shall you heed. No where did Moses say Jesus would be a preexisting being “morphed” into a human body, but said “like unto me” right? did Moses preexist before he was born on this earth?.
You are believing pagan false christanity lies. If you can’t see Jesus as one of us human beings, in fact, exactly as we are, you simply arn’t seening the real JESUS. Don’t be decieved by those false teachers, because they force the scriptures to say what it is not actually saying, to their own hert, they are blind guides leading the blind, void of the spirit of truth, idolaters speak lies.
Peace and love to you and yours. …….gene

I went back and re-read the first ten pages of the thread (from 2010), and wow. The old days of Lightenup, Worshipping Jesus, Kangaroo Jack, Just Askin, Terrarica, WakeUp, Marty, Irene, and all the rest. It’s good to see that you guys (Nick, Ed, Gene and T8) are still alive and kicking – and still going at it. But where’s Kerwin? Is he still around? I think fondly back on those days of iron sharpening iron. This forum played a huge role in shaping my understanding of scripture. If it wasn’t for all the differences in interpretation, I wouldn’t have been prompted to do hours and hours of research and delve so deeply into scripture. So thanks to all of you who played a part in taking me out of the echo chamber, and causing me to really bone up on the subjects I was discussing.
After HN, I spent years on another forum boning up on everything to do with the absurd IDEA (it doesn’t qualify as a scientific theory) of common descent evolution – and can now hold my own in defending the written word of God against even scientists and professors on that subject.
Most recently, I’ve begun looking into the shape of the earth, and have become overwhelmingly convinced that we don’t live on a tiny ball spinning and flying through a near-infinite vacuum full of trillions of other balls just like us. I have come to believe that the earth is fixed and stationary, with luminaries like the sun, moon, and stars rotating around us on appointed circuits in the firmament – like the Bible tells us – and like the ancient Hebrews and other cultures all believed for millenia. https://youtu.be/PADipbDZ7fA
Before you laugh, you owe it to yourself to spend at least a few hours looking into it. Let your starting point be an open mind, and the scriptural knowledge that Joshua commanded the sun and the moon to stand still in the sky – not the earth to stop rotating. I am very interested in using your minds to get me out of the echo chamber, and your iron to help sharpen mine on this issue. If anyone is interested, let me know, and we can start a thread.
In the process, I’ve come across loads of information about how this world is truly under the control of the “god of this age” – and how he has been using his temporary power to obtain worship for himself (like he tried with Jesus), or at the very least, leading people away from worshipping the true God (like he tried with Job). I’ve learned tons about the coming One World Order, and how Satan, through the Jesuits, Illuminati, Masons, Centralized Banking, alphabet agencies like the CIA and FBI, the Catholic Church, and many other organizations, works to cause strife, conflict, division and wars – all leading to his coming battle against Jesus and his angels. (I think “aliens” will play a big part, so watch for more and more alien “discoveries” in the news.)
Anyway, nice to “see” you guys again… and remember that Jesus was the firstborn of every creature, and then his and our God Jehovah created all other things through him. 🙂

Great to hear from you and hope you and your family are well.
Hope you escape out of this off piste distraction soon.
Seeing stars falling down or the heavens scrolling up depends on where you are standing on earth.
Is, Rev.
April 15, 2018 at 7:23 am#822283NickHassanParticipantHi Ed,
What John the Baptist and the NT writers witnessed to was the Holy Spirit coming down on Jesus of Nazareth.
But without witnesses you are prepared to state that he was somehow anointed previously?
While he was suckling on the breast he was unable to lead Israel.
The Word of God is prophetic as 2 Peter tells us.
But this is the NOW generation…
April 15, 2018 at 10:00 am#822287GeneBalthropParticipantMikeboll64…. Hi, glad to hear from you again, hope all is well with you. Would like very much to contact Kerwin, if you have any information i would appreciate it, and any of the others also, like Terricca, Lightenup, Martin, not3in1, or any of them, let us know how to reach them, or if you hear from them let them know we would like the back on the site.
Start you topic were ready to descuss it.
Peace and love to you and yours. …….gene
