Keep dancing Gene. T8 believes these scriptures wholeheartedly and without bias. He doesn’t filter them through a doctrine. These scriptures form the doctrine he preaches. Read what they say. It is a consistent message.
He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made.
The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him.
He was in the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him.
But in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe.
He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God.
T8….HE WAS WITH God , yes but you fail to know how he was with God, it wasen’t because he already existed then, it was in GODL’S PLAN THAT THE PERFECT MAN WOULD COME INTO HIS EXISTENCE AT THE RIGHT TIME. IN so doing you not only move Jesus’ idenity away from his human brothers and sister, you are in complete denial of GOD’S purpose for the life of the “MAN” Jesus, Jesus was the exact protype of what God the Father had in mind foe mankind, before he ever created this whole earth and everything in it.

I am always suspicious of teachings that take clear and numerous scriptures, then twist them to get an opposite meaning.
He was with God becomes he was NOT with God.
God created all things through the son, becomes God did NOT create all things through the son.
His name is The Word of God becomes, he is NOT called The Word of God.

Scripture says that Jesus was MADE a Christ, was MADE a master, was MADE greater than the angels. He was made such because he was a human that remained without sin because he was born of God’s Spirit, and we are told that those born of God’s Spirit are his Sons.
You will see below that scripture says that it is the Son of MAN that is the IMAGE of the Father, and it is NOT because he pre-existed and is NOT that part of that pre-existence son was in him, it was because he was a MAN TEMPTED in every way as we are tempted, but he was able to remain without sin because GOD WAS IN HIM!!!!!! We are also told that it is the Son of MAN that has the GLORY, the glory that he has is because of what GOD was ABLE to accomplish in His created HUMAN BEING, He was able to bring him to righteousness and eternal life, which God PROMISED from the BEGINNING. You will see that it is the SON of MAN that is DECLARED a SON, just as was promised, not a pre-existing son declared as God’s son.

The FULLNESS of CHRIST is the PERFECT MAN!! The fullness of Christ has nothing to do with pre-existing and EVERYTHING to do with being born of God’s Spirit.
Jesus did not pre-exist as the Son of Man, he did not pre-exist as a god, or a son of God, nor did he pre-exist in glory, nor did he pre-exist perfect, he was MADE greater than the angels, his glory EXISTS through the RIGHTEOUSNESS of a MAN created through God’s Spirit, a NEW MAN created through a purpose and plan of God told the prophets all about, as God gave them promises.

The Son of MAN is the master, he was MADE a master, he became a high priest because he was tempted just like we were, he was in weak flesh just like we were, but with being given the Spirit without measure he had the wisdom and strength to overcome that weakness. This makes him the mediator, knowing both the pains and seduction of the flesh as well as the power of the Spirit, he is able to judge fairly, he is able to have understanding, he is able to relate to his brothers.
34 The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man? 35 Then Jesus said unto them,Yet a little while is the light with you. The “him” that had the light of life was the man born of God’s Spirit and shed his blood.

Jesus did not pre-exist creating the world and speaking God’s word, Jesus was the man born of the seed of Abraham, and the seed of David, that was MADE lower that the angels, but then crowned with glory and honour for overcoming weak flesh and being given the PROMISE of eternal life, and becoming through God’s Spirit the author of eternal life to others.

As to this salvation, the prophets who prophesied about the grace that would come to you made careful searches and inquiries, seeking to know what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow.
These verses indicate that the Spirit of Christ was not the human spirit of the man, Jesus, but rather the anointing Spirit that the prophets also shared.
T8….Did you read what Jodi wrote, Jesus never preexisted his berth on this earth, even though he was in the plan and purpose of God. It was the plan of God from the creation of mankind to make mankind his ultimate creation, and at the right time he brought forth his perfected plan through the “SON OF MAN” WHO he perfected by his spirit, and Jesus thereby became the first human to reach the goal GOD THE FATHER HAS IN MIND FOR US ALL.
T8, i can’t for the life of me, see , why you can’t understand that. The spirit should make that clear to you brother. Like i have said before to you, your halfway out, but need to come all the way out of those false teachings of a preexisting JESUS.

God’s plan from the beginning was to GIVE man eternal life and He is ALL KNOWING, He had planned for two Adams one man of disobedience bringing sin and death, and another man to come who through obedience would bring righteousness and eternal life. Therefore it is a FACT that God created the first heaven and earth to bring mankind into a NEW creation, the firstborn of that new creation is the man Jesus who was given the firstfruits of God’s Spirit. We are told that he was MADE a master and the Messiah, he was MADE greater than the angels, he inherited the kingdom of David that God said would be for an eternity. The HIM below is the NEW MAN, not a pre-existing son.

The blindness I see on this forum is exactly as the scriptures have spoken.ALL the fullness of God dwells in the perfect man, of whom God made on earth, but had planned since the beginning. The Father will send the Son of MAN a perfect MAN to earth, and others will awake from their sleep and be made like him. He will be their lord and they will serve him and together they will judge the earth and destroy the wicked. T8, LU, Anthony I hope you can read the many scriptures I recently posted and address them as to how they fit your understanding, as many of them I never see you reference them at all.
I gave many scriptures and explained the context of Colossians 1 and all is united with other passages showing that the chapter is not referencing two different firstborns, but one firstborn. The chapter is always referring to the man who shed his blood, declaring that after shedding the blood he became a firstborn, and that it is not declaring that the man who shed his blood also pre-existed as a firstborn.
ALL THINGS CONSIST because the shedding of a perfect man’s blood, because in that is ETERNAL LIFE, which God had promised before He made the world. This was the word that was spoken by God in the beginning that was made flesh.
You deny the word of God, making it not a promise but a pre-existing son.
You misunderstand what Jesus meant entirely when he said that he was before Abraham, even though Galatians fully explains it, and you yet again deny the promise that was given and distort it into a pre-existing son.
You deny Psalms that says Jesus would be made into a firstborn, and instead make a firstborn into a pre-existing son, yet again deny the promise where it is not said a firstborn son already existed, or a firstborn son would come and become yet a different firstborn.
You deny that the only begotten Son as the man in the flesh, and change him into a pre-existing son. Even though direct scripture tells you that if you do not believe that Jesus the Christ came in the flesh you are antichrist. Even though it is God’s only begotten Son we are told was given to shed his blood.
9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

You deny who was SENT, making it a pre-existing son, and not the Son of Man, whom God promised to send, once again changing the promise into a pre-existing son.
When Jesus was sent out into the world to save, God had anointed a man with His Spirit, making him BORN of God. We are told in Isaiah that God would not give his glory to another. That glory, God’s Spirit without measure given to a mortal man, makes him the “only begotten Son”. But yet again you deny the promise spoken in Isaiah and make the man into a pre-existing son.
You take the glory that is directly said to exist in the Son of Man, and make it into a glory of a pre-existing son.
You take the image of God that is specifically said to be in the perfected man, and declare the image of God is in a pre-existing son.
You change the spiritual rock of Christ into a pre-existing son, denying the message of the gospel which is life given through faith according to the belief in the works of God. Abraham had this spiritual rock, but many in the wilderness later did not, though they were given water and meat, they still denied faith in God, and are not like Abraham counted in the promise of the first resurrection. You deny the very meaning of passages and change them into a pre-existing son. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob are saved through Christ because he died for their sins, and now that their sins are washed clean they are found worthy of life because of the faith they had in God, as they knew God would bring a Messiah to come and wash away their sins. David also likewise knew that he would sleep but his descendant would cause him to be raised again.
YOU DENY countless scriptures so that you can remain in a false image of Jesus. Like I said before just as the brasen serpent was changed into a false image, you have changed Jesus into a false image. Your false image is exactly how pagans viewed their mighty men, as gods from heaven transformed into men. Your theology is rooted in pagan idolatry, which is no wonder as the so called early church father’s loved Greek philosophy, and turned to it to identify Jesus, instead of turning to the promises given to the prophets.
Men’s ideas established through pagan philosophies, and not the promises of God, that is what you are calling truth.
Jodi, I tell you they just do not get. They have been decieved for so long in so many ways, it will take a mircale from God to open their eyes. But thanks be to God that some, even if it’s a few do understand the truth.
