John was blessed in the Spirit while in the womb.The Spirit of God is designed as a temple for the living God.[1cor 2.12, 1cor 3.17, 2cor 4.7]
Why should you make assumptions about Mary? She was chosen by God and that is enough. No anointing spoken of in scripture-do you think she is the MOTHER OF GOD?
