Adam when he received the FIRST EVER SOUL, again Jesus Christ's Spirit substance,became a LIVING SOUL.

I said in the previous post that anointed has many meanings.
Lucifer was anointed but now he is Satan the extreem opposing spirit of God.

From the other hand the fact that Mary received all this don't you think that as you said SHE IS NOT just a poll chosen NATURAL person. John was blessed in the Spirit while in the womb.The Spirit of God is designed as a temple for the living God.[1cor 2.12, 1cor 3.17, 2cor 4.7]
Why should you make assumptions about Mary? She was chosen by God and that is enough. No anointing spoken of in scripture-do you think she is the MOTHER OF GOD?
