The Gnostic – Adoptionist believed that Jesus Christ wasjust a man like you .you said they believe Jesus Christ was God. You totally opposite on how they believe, you have to know this, anyone could search this out, TC had know proplem with searching this out why can’t you. You say just the opposite. Matthew 1:1 The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.
Galatians 3: 16 The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who is Christ.
Isaiah 7 tells us about the virgin birth, it has everything to do with God keeping His promise to the tribe of Judah, which was,

The virgin birth had everything to do with Jesus being a HUMAN of the seed of Abraham and David.
Jesus is called a human repeatedly, but you say that he was not conceived of the same substance of all other humans, that he was not and is not truly a human.
Matthew 24: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
The Son of Man, the Son of David, God gave his glory to him. God perfected the human Jesus through making him into His Son, through making him to be born of God’s Spirit. This is not enough for you though Anthony, you have to make Jesus into the image of a pagan god.

Folks, Jesus is called “the only begotten Son” because ON EARTH he was the only mortal to have been BORN of God’s Spirit without measure.
NOW he has fulfilled God’s word to David, where He told David that He would make David’s son into His firstborn Son.
Jesus is NOW the firstborn of many brethren, as we too shall be made as he is. Being firstborn God has appointed him before all, as King of kings and Lord of lords. He will judge and rule over all of his brethren. He is a righteous judge because he suffered temptation just like we suffer.

Jesus Christ already judged Earth IN RELATION THE FLESH! The fact that He “THE WORD” the Son of Man, was made flesh, and He RULED AS SOVEREIGN king both PHYSICALLY and SPIRITUALLY, while as a spirit, OVER THE ENTIRE EXISTENCE! But the most vital and mysterious was most certain
HOW HE RULED EARTH PHYSICALLY at least the days He remained on earth, while Satan as locked in hell.

Consequently Jesus Christ despite the whole world was satanic, He had every right to own and rule earth as HE SEEMED FIT IN THE FATHER’S WILL.
SINS WERE NO MORE SINS at least till Pentecost! Moses’ CARNAL law was obsolete, and Satan and co. had no cause to the extent that he remained locked in hell, subject to Jesus Christ the only SOVEREIGN SPIRIT till He established HIS NEW SPIRITUAL LAW on Pentecost. TC…..The LORD our God is “One” LORD? Why would Jesus quote the shama of Israel, to then if “he” was their God?
TC and Anthony , both of you are of those whom God has sent a deluding spirit into, that causes you to believe a Lie, because you have not recieved the spirit of truth.
You have turned the Image of Jesus into a lie, just as it says. 2Th2 you both have turned a man (Jesus the anointed one), into a God. And you both worsip him as such.
Neither do you know what the original gnostic`s taught in the eatly church, from what i have read about them.

Welcome to this site!
Many on this forum do not apply prophecy to NT passages, they apply Christian tradition that comes from pagans who made Jesus into the likes of a pagan god. Easy fact to look up, the so called “early church fathers” loved Greek ideas and they formed Christian doctrine through pagan Greek beliefs.
How is Jesus the child born of a woman under the law the “only begotten Son” of God?
People say it is because he pre-existed as the only begotten Son of God and he came down to earth morphing into a human or at least appearing as if he were human. Some say he became actual human, others say he was not human but just in the form of a human, others say he was half human half god.
I say that Jesus is the Son of God because scripture says that God had promised David that God would be a Father to David’s son. In order for God to be a Father to a human that human must be BORN of God, being BORN of God and being anointed with His Spirit is one and the same thing.
Jesus was BORN of God receiving as we are told the fullness and power of God’s Spirit. We are told in Isaiah that God would not give this glory to any other, He gave it to a servant of the seed of David, which made Jesus as God had promised David, His only begotten Son. That glory, that anointing, that birth was given to Jesus, according to scripture at his baptism. The Spirit descended and God declared him His Son. Paul in Romans 1 declares that Jesus of the seed of David is God’s Son according to the Holy Spirit. At his baptism when the Spirit descended upon Jesus, Jesus was BORN of God, he was anointed becoming the only begotten Son and then he was SENT out into the world. Jesus says himself in Luke 4 that God had anointed him (made him born of God), and Jesus gives the purpose what he is to do having been born of God, he is to go out into the world and preach the gospel, perform signs and miracles, cause people to believe in his Father, the One and Only True God.
Psalms 2: 1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, 3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. 4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. 5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. 6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. 7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. 8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
The ANOINTED Jesus came into the world to save sinners that is what the below passage says. However others interpret it as not speaking of Christ in the flesh, but a pre-existing non human with no flesh coming into the world down from heaven to save sinners. God took David’s son Jesus of Nazareth and made him born of God’s Spirit and then God sent this anointed one out into the world.
1 Timothy 1: 15 Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst.
John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man (HUMAN) be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
The Son here that was sent is said not to be a man, not to be flesh, but came down to earth and became flesh? NO, the Son here is David’s son who God made into His own Son by anointing him, by making him born of God’s Spirit, and then sending him out into the world. The Son of Man God made HIM into His only begotten Son, only man receiving the glory of God, being made in the form of God having the fullness of God’s Spirit with power.
Acts 10:37 You know what has happened throughout the province of Judea, beginning in Galilee after the baptism that John preached— 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him. 9 “We are witnesses of everything he did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They killed him by hanging him on a cross, 40 but God raised him from the dead on the third day and caused him to be seen. 41 He was not seen by all the people, but by witnesses whom God had already chosen—by us who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead. 42 He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one whom God appointed as judge of the living and the dead. 43 All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.”
God anointed Jesus of Nazareth, David’s Son, as was promised with the Holy Spirit and power, at his baptism. HE, Jesus of Nazareth the Son of Man made into a Son of God, HE is the one whom God SENT and has appointed as judge.
It’s all laid out clearly in scripture Carmel,
Luke 3:21 Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, 22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him…Luke 4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness…14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into GALILEE: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about…18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

The NAME of the only begotten Son of God is Jesus OF NAZARETH the son of David, who God had promised He would be a Father to.
The anointing of Jesus at the river with the Holy Spirit and power, is Jesus becoming the only begotten Son of God.
Ephesians 4: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect MAN, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

God had PROMISED to the prophets that David’s son would become God’s Son, this occurs according to an anointing of God’s Holy Spirit, also told to the prophet David regarding his son, was that God would not let the flesh of his son see corruption, that God was going to make him His firstborn. Jesus was the only mortal begotten by God’s Spirit in fullness and power, but Jesus through that would be made perfect becoming the author of eternal salvation, where he would be the firstborn of many brethren by his resurrection from the dead.
Acts 1:20 For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take. 21 Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, 22 Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection.

Psalms 89: 27 And I will appoint him to be my firstborn, the most exalted of the kings of the earth.
According to God’s oath to David, the one to sit on the throne that God promised would be an eternal throne is Jesus of Nazareth, the anointed BORN of God, the Seed of Abraham, the fruit of David’s LOINS ACCORDING to the FLESH.
Acts 1: 11 “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This SAME Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”

THE SAME Jesus who was resurrected with his flesh not seeing corruption but had as Jesus himself testified and the people witnessed was of flesh and bones, he will return the SAME and will come down in the same fashion he had ascended.

Christ came to us not down from heaven changing into a man. Christ came from God anointing David’s Son, making Jesus of Nazareth begotten by God.
John 6:I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is MY FLESH, which I will give for the life of the world. 52 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat? 53 Then Jesus said unto them,Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. 54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. 56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. 58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
The anointed flesh of Jesus was the bread that came down from God, the flesh of the Son of man having been BORN of God and sent out into the world, to be perfected and then sacrificed bringing eternal life.
Hebrews 9:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
THE MAN anointed (born of the Spirit) Jesus of Nazareth
Isaiah 42: Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. 2 He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street. 3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. 4 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law. 5 Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: 6 I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; 7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house. 8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another,
There was NO pre-existing son sent to earth. THE MAN anointed, Jesus of Nazareth was sent into the world, the gospel began at Galilee. God would hold his hand and keep him from sin, make him perfect so that he could be a covenant for the people, dying to wash them clean from sin. God gave His glory to this MAN, this servant, no other, making the mortal Jesus the ONLY BORN of God, as God had promised David that He would make his Son into His own Son and bring him to become the firstborn many brethren receiving eternal life.
My apologies ahead of time for repeating a lot, but each scripture shows exactly what I say to be true. People do not address these scriptures, they ignore them and go to a passage they misinterpret, passages they say are speaking of Jesus when he was NOT flesh speaking antichrist, or they read a verse not in the truth and light of prophecy, ignoring the context of a whole chapter.
John spoke of Jesus knowing he was the promised Messiah the son of David, not that he was a pre-existing son, or a god. John knowing prophecy he knew that Jesus was before him, HEAD over all as he was appointed by God to be King of kings and Lord of lords over David’s kingdom being firstborn of many brethren from the dead.
John 8:56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.
David likewise saw the future of his son Jesus who would bring eternal salvation and become King of Kings and Lord of lords. Jesus would be before his own father David, he would be head of him as he is before all of creation as firstborn of the dead.
In John 8 the people did not understand Jesus’s words. When Jesus said before Abraham I am, he was NOT saying he pre-existed, he is saying who he is according to prophecy, that he is even head of Abraham, the great Father, for he is the Christ.
He says in chapter 8
“I AM the light of the world”
“When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.”
Mathew 16:5 He saith unto them,But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him,Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
Those who are blind say that Jesus Christ is a non human who came to earth, the truth is that Jesus Christ is the promised anointed one of the seed of Abraham and David who God made into His own Son and sent to be a savior, die and be raised having an bringing eternal life.
Matthew 26:32 But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee.
Mark 14:61 But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? 62 And Jesus said,I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
According to scripture, knowing prophecy Jesus did not exist before Abraham nor David, Abraham and David saw their own seed, the Son of man sitting on the right hand of God, they saw their own seed coming before them into God’s kingdom, Jesus is before Abraham according to the resurrection of the dead, and being firstborn he is made a lord over all including Israel’s great father Abraham and their Great King David.
People destroy God’s word, and the words of Jesus when they don’t apply prophecy, but instead ignore it acting as if it does not apply and instead they give head to a Christian traditional doctrine that makes Jesus into the image of a pagan god.

They do not believe in the truth, they have no love for it, we speak it and they turn and say we are disgraceful to Jesus and God, as we do not add or change the written word as they do.
We believe what is written,

We have the LOVE of the truth,

There are so many doctrines we see on this forum, there is ONE that is TRUE, NOT to BE ADDED to or CHANGED, which is that the Son of God is a perfect human the measure of the fullness of an anointing. Any other word than this is a LIE pure deception of the plain written truth that is to be the UNITY of our FAITH.

The creation was created very good, but remained so only till sin came into the world and with it, ALL THE SATANIC FILTH which was crowned with THE SATANIC FILTHY CURSED FLESH AND BLOOD SUBSTANCE, and its reproductive sexual process by which the entire humanity is still contaminated, the fact that God flooded the world.

What upset God was that man turned away from Him and instead idolised and obeyed the god of this world.
Satan brought forth his evil fruit from his servants and he still does.

More false accusations Nick. My idea that Jesus was born the Christ is actually not my idea. Please read it as clear as day. Jesus was born the Christ and John was not. Jesus was and is greater than John. You say that Jesus was not the Christ and was not greater. You are wrong.
But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid! For behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people: Today in the City of David a Savior has been born to you. It’s so easy to win scriptural debates. Just agree with the scripture and do not diverge. Also, do not get angry when they falsely accuse you. In fact blessed am I when people do that. And when you quote scripture and they say you are wrong, you know in your heart they are opposing the scripture and teaching falsely.
