    You can hold many things up in front of a blind man – but what’s the point..?

    Yes it is true that I cannot read about the Trinity in the Bible. So either I am blind, or it is not there.

    You say it is there, so I must be blind.

    Show me where the Trinity is written so I can believe. If you cannot, then we can both assume it is not there, thus blindness is not the explanation.

    Believing the truth is of utmost importance and to have true faith means you trust in something. So what is that thing we trust in. It is this.

    That the one true God sent his son into the world to save men. That all would believe upon him, and believe that God made him both Lord and Messiah, and believe also that he is not just a prophet like John, but is the actual son of God. He came as a man, died for our sins, rose from the dead, was taken up into the glory at God’s right hand side, the same glory he had the Father before the world began. He now mediates for us before God. We are invited to baptized in his name and receive the Spirit of God.

    All this other crap about him being God is stupid. It makes the above true message irrelevant. It says that Jesus is God, God came in the flesh, God died, God came alive again, and we should all believe that Jesus is God forever more. It is a false message that detracts from Jesus true identity which is the foundation of the Church, and it also insults God who is above all.

    I refuse your leaven for good reason.

    You can’t deny the trinity simply because it isn’t mentioned by name in Scripture – otherwise you could just as foolishly deny the rapture on similar grounds…

    personally I think the church goes through the tribulation (to purify her)

    which I believe starts when the Antichrist is revealed..

    who may come to power on the back of world financial crash

    which seems imminent..

    Jesus referred to it as the time of Jacob’s trouble

    I think there will be another holocaust

    where most of the world will turn in hatred against Israel

    and any willing to support her..(Christians)

    something like that..

    but you’ve read the Scriptures haven’t you…?

    It is not the same. While there was an expectation of the messiah, there was never such an expectation from the Old Testament for the Trinity. In fact quite the opposite and the reason why the Jews believe in one God and not a Triune God. Where they erred is not in their idea of one God, but their rejection of his sent messiah.

    If you did some digging around, you would find that the Trinity Doctrine developed centuries later. It was even preceded by the Binity with the third so-called member being added in some 60 or 70 years after that. It is historically recorded.

    While there is a progression between the old and the new, the Trinity has nothing at all to do with that and has more in common with pagan ideas and politics accompanied by the worse fruit you can imagine. It got to the point where you were forced to believe this false doctrine or suffer the flame, stake, torture, or persecution. Nothing has really changed except you cannot legally murder us anymore, only attack our precious beliefs of the one true God.

    All the foundational doctrines are in the books of the Bible. We are taught clearly the identity of Jesus Christ as the Lord, the son of God, and the messiah. We are also taught about the foundation of the Church. The Trinity is nout to do with any of it.

    It is a tradition of man and perhaps even worse than that.
