You either believe or you don’t. Fine. Just don’t pretend to believe and then twist away the meaning.
Jude 1:25
to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.Colossians 1:17
He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.Micah…[Read more]

I debated a flat earther once. He stormed off saying he’d walk to the edge of the earth to prove me wrong.
I’m sure he’ll come around, eventually.Proclaimer replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 4 years ago
My has no one taken a photo of the Sun from above if the earth was flat?
This is what a sunset looks like from above Altocumulus clouds at 30,000 ft in the air near O’ahu, Hawai’i.

Wherever you put it, Foucault’s Pendulum swings from a motionless point while the earth rotates beneath it. Every point of the universe is a fixed point. All you have to do is hang the Pendulum from it. Foucault’s pendulum is an easy experiment demonstrating the Earth’s rotation.

I know right.
When the heart no longer seeks truth, then such a person is not being led by the Spirit of Truth.

gadam, really? The pillars argument.
Lol. Covered this one with mike.
The bible also says that some people are pillars.
And even today we still say that he is a pillar of society.
I guess Paul was correct. Carnal men just cannot understand such things.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness…[Read more]

gadam, similarly, gravity made people think that there was also a thing called levity which explained how things float.
I think it is awesome that God let man discover the universe. That is what the saved will be doing for eternity. Discovering God and all that he has made. Men’s initial thoughts on such things are probably going to be wrong…[Read more]

But you do not have an answer for all that took place before the first day concluded. Correct me if I am wrong.
- In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
(Already created) - Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
(Further proof that the…

Proclaimer ….. The term “firstborn”, can be taken many way, for instance , Jesus was the “firstborn” from the dead, “firstborn” from human kind to enter the kingdom of God.
And firstborn of all creation.
- He is the image of the invisible God,
- the firstborn of all creation.
- For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible…

If you walk 10,000 kilometers straight along the earth’s surface, turn 90 degrees to your right, walk 10,000 kilometers more, turn right again and walk another 10,000 kilometers, you’ll be back to where you started, having successfully made a triangle with three 90 degree angles. As any geometry student can tell you, this is IMPOSSIBLE on a FLAT surface.

There are a lot of holes in your understanding.
Because God had already created the heavens and the earth before Day 1 concluded.
You do realise that the Sun is part of the heavens right?
Heavens and earth is the universe.
Are you saying that there is the heavens and earth and the sun and moon are not part of that description?
I feel like you…[Read more]
