The Local Sun Theory debunked!
- Pilots would need to train to not hit the sun.
- A local sun would only light up a small area, not half the world.
- The reason for corpuscula rays is perspective and refraction. Train tracks are parallel, but they look like they converge in the distance. See the last photo in this post for another example of this.

A message from a concerned globe believer
Why is it that in the year 2022, we have a vast wealth of pictures videos of our planet and space in hi def, and the flat earth folk don’t have anything other than a flattened out globe that they stole from the UN flag that looks like they scrawled it in crayon? You have all the technology in the world a…

Wandering Stars
So the flat earth narrative usually says that stars rotate in a circle around the North pole, as if attached to a rotating dome. So what do flat earthers believe the planets are (historically called ‘wandering stars’ since they move differently than the stars)? In particular, what do flat earthers think their retrograde motion…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 3 years, 8 months ago
One more thing. The title is this because Google demotes the term ‘flat earth’. By putting it this way I’m hoping Google promotes it. You will notice that the title neither gives advantage to both sides of the argument.

But Proclaimer – without even a word to me – just took it upon himself to MERGE my successful thread into his thread. Now the Topics page of the site looks like this…
I’ve been doing this with all topics as I have the tools to do this now. It solves the multiple topics discussing the same subject problem. Of course, it preserves the dates, so old…[Read more]

I’m hoping that you’ll unmerge my massively successful thread from your pitiful thread that only had four interactions. You have basically stolen my intellectual property, Proclaimer. Please give it back.
Lol. Did you think I was going to quote you? This is going to be a serious writing, not a big foot type investigation. It will argue that…[Read more]

This FE map makes more sense to people living in the Southern Hemisphere. Whatever map you come up with and what is certain, is you have to sacrifice a hemisphere.
For me here in New Zealand, the south orientated azimuthal equidistant projection placing Antarctica in the centre is equally valid. Thereby negating the ENTIRE north biased flat…[Read more]

Totally agree Gene. Look at dabbs. Just posts up a meme as if this is the proof. Yet ignores all the evidence presented here. Mike deceived him.
I’m hoping to copy and paste much of the content here into a writing that will help those intellectually challenged 1 percent of people that can be convinced of the jlat earth lie. That should wrap…[Read more]

Agreed. That does happen. But do not mix up rebuke, correction, and truth with slander. After all, Jesus did not lose against the Pharisees. He merely told the truth.
Slander is false accusations, not true accusations.

Is Neil deGrasse Tyson?
Not sure. I don’t think he is lying when he talks about that dude who jumped from 40 km being only 2mm high in comparison to the size of the earth. But William Shatner was 106 km high. So he could well have seen the curve. Especially if you can supposedly see the curve at

How could you possibly suggest that an eclipse (about 2 minutes of DARKNESS) is in any way related to a request for an extended period of DAYLIGHT?
Mike, this is something that I am not focussing on right now. I did a bit of research and the word used for stop means ‘silent’. So it could be an eclipse where the sun stopped shining. Of course it…[Read more]

Actually, I looked a little deeper into your “Water World” article a while back. The author is suggesting that the earth BECAME a water world within a few million years of forming – not that it BEGAN AS a water world.
If true, it opens up the possibility of epochs. Different worlds and ages that have existed on this planet. Maybe washed clean…[Read more]

You are apparently acknowledging the trickery involved with that first Cavendish experiment video you posted. Well done. Now you just have to ask yourself WHY they would trick the general public like that – knowing in advance that most people will just blindly believe their claim that they proved gravity, like you did.
You are being stupid Mike.…[Read more]

Can you see that God named the firmament “HEAVEN” – not “the sky”? Can you see that the firmament supports waters that are above it? What exactly are the waters above “the sky” that are being supported by the sky?
Also, if “heaven” already existed in Gen 1:1 like you claim, why would God have to create “heaven” on Day 2?
