Danny, he doesn’t appear to me to be a man of good character.

Are Flat Earth Teachers of good character?
So now that we know the bible actually agrees with modern science in many aspects, including concurring with the expanse of heaven, I thought it good to look at the teachers and prophets of Flat Earth to see what manner of men they are. As we know, we judge a tree by it’s fruit. So if Flat Earth is fruit,…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 3 years, 8 months ago
Underneath a Solid Sky?
Does Genesis 1 teach the sky was solid like some critics claim? What does the original Hebrew say?Critics of the Bible have often said that the writings of Genesis reflect an “unscientific view” of the universe—one that reflected the cosmology of the ancient world. One of these criticisms centers on the Hebrew word raqia…[Read more]

But only on a flat earth… not the ball you believe we live on.
Incorrect again Mike.
If you are surrounded by four empires and they exist to the utmost boundaries of the known world, then you do not need to see every square inch of them to see them. I visited a natural wonder called Iguazu Falls in South America. From there I could see A…[Read more]

But the “clear space” must have the sun, moon, and every single star IN it… and also have waters ABOVE it.
Please reconcile.
Nope.
When you look up, you see the stars in the firmament. You do not see it as millions and billions of miles from our planet.

Wow, you nailed it. Lol.
Do you think it would be possible to turn the light off, place it in darkness than shine a spotlight on it and get the same results? Asking for a friend.

Israel’s Iron Dome
2000 years from now there will be a group of people called Iron Domers. According to them, iron is a metal. so Israel were under a metal dome.Proclaimer replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 3 years, 8 months ago
Cherry-picking
So yeah, all of the mindless fluff you post here is easily defeated, but right now I have bigger fish to fry.
Hahahahaha!
No answer to these truth bombs and the one time I post one for pure humour, you pick on that one.

Further debunk of the local sun
If this was as FEs say, a local sun, then how is it suppose to light up half of the world. Seriously look at the range of these rays. It only makes sense if the sun is millions of miles away and huge. Then such a small sun can light up the whole planet, except for that part that is not facing it. Further,…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 3 years, 8 months ago
Can you see that God named the firmament “HEAVEN” – not “the sky”?
I’ve already said this twice. But I’ve also quoted a scripture that calls the firmament as the sky. I’ll see if I can find that scripture again.

Can you see that the firmament supports waters that are above it? What exactly are the waters above “the sky” that are being supported by the sky?
I’m pretty sure I’ve answered this multiple times Mike.
I’m not saying I’m right because I haven’t studied this.
Earth was once a water planet with a thick atmosphere. Water exists in solid liquid,…[Read more]

It is true that the world often means the known world.
But to literally see all of the known world, you may just need to see a part of the four ancient kingdoms around Israel. That said, I am not necessarily arguing that Jesus went up a hill and got a 360 degree view of these ancient kingdoms. I’m just making the point that it could be physically…[Read more]

Where is this mountain?
Proclaimer replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 3 years, 8 months ago
Hi Gene.
This mountain would have to be much bigger than Everest. And tall mountains exist within tall mountain ranges.
Hi Mike.
What is the name of the mountain range.
BTW, Gene. From where Jesus would have been located , uou could see the four corners of the earth. That is four ancient kingdoms of the Akadia to the north and Babylon to the south.
