    Personally I wouldn’t say that Satan is behind his ministry. However, it is one thing to believe in the Trinity and quite another to preach it or make it part of the gospel.     Do you mean the Trinity Doctrine?

    If he teaches Jesus is God then he is teaching another Jesus than was taught by Paul or any other of the apostles.

    We can receive the spirit without water baptism, but for me, if that happened, then we would receive water baptism because we were instructed to do so.
