Mike  it’s simple. If raqia is heaven  the there are three heavens. Birds fly in it or across it and God dwells in it. So ypu need to think about the context. You ignore that and vonfusion reigns. Because God dwells under or embedded in the dome if we apply your criteria.

But at the end of the day, when the earth has gone over the curve, except for that refraction, you will never get the sun back.
