Hi t8,
It would be best if you also could hear the Spirit.
Then we could resume dialogue.
Something tells me that the dialogue you are talking about is to continue to judge and condemn others, but not judge yourself.
Paul judged himself so he would have less judgement later. I think Paul was a wise man.

Thanks for all your advice guys. I am secure in seeking knowledge (science) about God. I do so because I try to seek him on every level I can. I know that God’s truth pervades his creation and creation witnesses to us of his greatness. We also know that God can be in all and will be in all because of his redemptive work. God in us. What are we?…[Read more]

Hi t8,
Acts 2 says the Jesus was made both Lord and Christ.
He was named after his birth but you think he was already Lord and Christ when he was born?
Why?
Because ‘SCRIPTURE’.
Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic Matthew 13:47-50 in the forum Scriptural Teachings 10 years, 7 months ago
Exactly, and they resorted to personal accusations too. They couldn’t deny his wisdom, knowledge, love, fruit, and works. So they accused him and sought to find a way to condemn him instead of judging themselves which could have spared God’s judgement on them.

It is not hard to see how you come to your conclusions Nick. You have relegated Jesus to the flesh/man and the spirit of God at baptism as God, and saying that Jesus matters little because the Spirit is what matters because that is God. Thus, when Jesus is mentioned you think the man, when you see Jesus Christ you don’t see Jesus, but the spirit…[Read more]

Nick, you have changed your views here since joining Heaven Net. But you were just as right in your own mind back then too right?

For some strange reason you choose to avoid listening to the Spirit in other teachings.
I believe the below verses and for this I am not only opposed, but also accused of not listening to the Spirit. What Spirit are you talking about though? Because I believe these verses, thus I believe the Spirit that inspired them. But what of those who teach…[Read more]

Of course the further you get from truth the more wrong everyone else seems to be.
Listen to the Spirit
This is true. The further you depart the truth, the more wrong everyone else seems.
Instead of judging others, we should instead judge ourselves and judge the teachings people bring here.
Jesus Christ came in the flesh.

You can argue with scripture about Jesus being a man and that flesh contributes nothing.
This is not an issue for me. You are the one who introduced the idea that Jesus is but a flesh being and Christ is the Spirit, thus Jesus Christ is the combination of the Spirit entering the man Jesus. It is you who is firing that gun, thus any crossfire is…[Read more]

TAKE THE Carnal view point, AND NOT UNDERSTAND THE TRUTH OF WHAT HE WAS SAYING,
So the carnal view of ‘I am’ is ‘I exist’ and the truth is ‘I am’ means ‘didn’t exist, but was only talking of existing in the mind of God’?
Wow, an opposite meaning is derived from the simple text.

Thanks Andrew. You are correct.
I want to establish exactly what he means by the Spirit speaking as opposed to Jesus speaking.
We read in scripture that Jesus said this and that. It says Jesus. While Nick I suppose would say that Jesus (flesh) counts for nothing, thus he would have written it as the Spirit in Jesus said this and that. He gets…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic in the forum Preexistence 10 years, 7 months ago
Mocking the Spirit is unwise.
So you are not speaking then Nick, but the Spirit in you?

The only way that would work is if the Ottoman Empire was the Last Empire, which is the one of clay mixed with iron.
Well yeah, that is what has been said all along.
As mentioned in the opening post, the idea with this view is that the Ottoman Empire is indeed the seventh and then a deadly wound kills the Beast for a time, and an Islamic Empire…[Read more]
