Yes, I know what it means. But it is written that the messiah was born in Bethlehem. He was born that day as the messiah, the Lord, and the son of God. That is what the text says. Nick, you let your mind get in the way. Let scripture be true, then you will believe the truth. Changing it to fit you dogma is wrong.

Well you guys, that was a spectacular display of obfuscation. When asked a simple sincere question about the pillars of the earth no one answered it. Would y’all care to try again or is it too damaging for your side?
A good friend can be a pillar of strength. So they must be made if concrete then right?
Here are some pillars. They come in all si…[Read more]

So then considerably less than in the images I just showed, right? And considerably less than the ones on my video below, right?
Considerably less than that and now even lesser. Of course longer flights are considerably greater in number now and so not hard to accept many more high altitude planes are flying, especially in your country. Further,…[Read more]

NO, it is impossible to know either the shape or the size of the earth using two shadows.
And the point of the question was to establish that the first claim almost every globe earther makes (“intelligent people have known the earth is round for over 2000 years”) is founded on a fallacy; and those people are only parroting crap they learned fro…Proclaimer replied to the topic Flat Earth Debate: Mike Vs. You know Mike, I remember years ago hearing a sermon about people who fall for cults and the like. The speaker pointed out that the chances were, the person at first had a strange feeling about what they were hearing, but became convinced over time. I believe that feeling is the Spirit of Truth and over time, that spirit is being ignored or…[Read more]

Great. Thank you for answering. And now you can see that the average person also relies on the weight of evidence for the round earth. The sheer weight of evidence that is not experienced by either yourself or me is that Madagascar exists on a globe earth despite either of us ever being to Madagascar or space. If not, then we are talking about a…[Read more]

As to your question Dig, I don’t have any issues currently with scripture. I guess you must have a few like Jesus coming back with a two edged sword coming from his mouth and frog demons coming out of a real dragon.

What about the fact that most of the FE researchers are Bible believing Christians? If one Christian astronaut should not be discounted then what about hundreds of FE Christians?
Most people who believe in the Trinity, an eternal hell, and believe their church is the only true one, also call themselves Christian.
Unfortunately many who profess…[Read more]

So you believe the amature scientists doing their own experiments have all been using “trickery”?
Regarding Flat Earthers, either trickery, intentional or nonintential deception, or a lack of scientific understanding of the true observation.
Globe Earth amateurs the same, except the they don’t need to resort to intentional deception and they usu…[Read more]

Let me get this straight Mike, I need to ignore all ocean liners going over the horizon and accept smaller boats on the near side of the horizon and draw my conclusion on that.
But I even embedded a video of a small boat and ocean tanker in the same video at the same moment with predictable results.
Then there is refraction to consider because…[Read more]

When I was a kid along time ago, I remember contrails. You would see one, sometimes two at the same time. They came from planes very high in the atmosphere. Now you hardly see them at all here. Not sure why this is the case. I suspect that air routes changed and high altitude flights take a different route now. Just ice crystals anyway.

Can I have an honest answer to my question. I will make it easier for you though. It doesn’t have to be the best reason for believing in the existence of Madagascar, but a strong reason only. This should help speed up your response.

In your attempt to avoid giving the direct, honest and correct answer to such a simple question, you have accidentally given it anyway.
I answered honestly, ‘I don’t know’ but went further to explain how I think it could be true, i.e., by knowing the distance to the sun.
You then accuse me of being dishonest? Not true Mike. It seems you suffer…[Read more]

Hi Mike. To save you posting some questions, I add this video in that debunks a number of Flat Earth ideas. Just trying to save time and debate that which has not been debunked satisfactorily for you.

My question is this.
What is the single piece of evidence you can provide for the existence of the island called Madagascar?
Proclaimer replied to the topic Flat Earth Debate: Mike Vs. Proclaimer in the forum Debates 8 years, 2 months ago
Mike, it it is 2 questions.
Yes, I think the size can be set ermined. But I think you need to know the distance to the sun. If it has to be a yes or no answer, then it is, ‘I DON’T KNOW’.
As for the shape. Again I don’t know. But Tyson says 2 wells can point to either, but 3 wells to the globe.
So officially, my answer is ‘I don’t know’ to…[Read more]

error 403 means the server ran out of CPU allocation. The data centre then throttles the connection when the CPU reaches a high limit. The permission message is a bit misleading.
