I REALLY DON’T LIKE how you refer to certain verses I use as pets, as none of the less they ARE God’s WORD. Those are the very verses you seem to like to sweep under the rug, you never speak of them, but I in turn USE them AS APPLICABLE TO ALL SCRIPTURE.
Pet scriptures that are used to disprove other scriptures that are not pets of yours. But yes…[Read more]

May I suggest to you that Jesus is a lion, but doesn’t roam the plains of Africa. Or that leaders are horns but do not literally grow from goats or rams.

Free will is the ability to choose between different possible courses of action unimpeded. Free will is closely linked to the concepts of moral responsibility, praise, guilt, sin, and other judgements which apply only to actions that are freely chosen.
When you write out a will, that is you deciding on who gets to inherit what.
Of course there…[Read more]

Berean. Two questions:
- Is the Roman Empire that fourth beast?
- Did it trample the whole planet?
Yes or no please, followed by your explanation if you do choose.

t8, it is not blind to say that our God had foreknowledge and a plan from the beginning.
If you have to believe that I am saying this is blind, then you are blind.

I think we can declare that the Flat Earthers lost this debate. They fell flat like the shape of their bogus earth.

You have a set of pet verses to support your view and basically ignore the scriptures that are contrary to your view. When challenged, you simply quote these other verses as if that somehow negates the many other scriptures that contradict you. On top of all that, you predictably cannot provide straight up simple answers as to what you believe.…[Read more]

As I believe that God DECLARED the END from the beginning as DIRECT scripture says, I likewise believe that His WORD spoken by the prophet Isaiah was within Him from the beginning. THIS IS likewise BASED ON DIRECT SCRIPTURE,
Could well be and in this case it doesn’t change a thing about these things we believe. You think these other scriptures ne…[Read more]

Gene, when I see you in my mind, I see a man who likes to buck the trend which is in itself not a bad thing, but will then embrace a doctrine and then hold onto it even if it is found wanting later on. A stubbornness seems to show through from you in these forums. I believe your end time doctrine is extremely weak as are many other doctrines you…[Read more]

Hi J 8
Roman Empire is the fourth animal (legs of iron /Dan.2)
not Ottoman empire.
Agreed, but you are not paying attention.
My question is about the fourth animal trampling the WHOLE EARTH.
Explain that?
He said, “The fourth animal will be the fourth of these kingdoms on earth. It will be different from all other kingdoms. It will devour, tr…[Read more]

Of course, my belief in free will stems from the many scriptures that tell us to choose this day….
In a way I suspect that your conscience bothers you deep down somewhere and to hide this you hide behind the doctrine of no free will and not having to be straight up in your answers. I think you guys should just come out into the light and yes it…[Read more]

lol.
So why bother debating anything including whether we are free to choose or not. Ridiculous because you view suggests that I who do not believe in free will is made this way because I have no free will. Hahahahahahaha. That is the rub right there.

Well you are free to believe that a literal snake spoke to Eve, but there are many ways of interpreting this including that to Satan using a snake as a puppet or a physical thing so Eve wasn’t speaking to a spirit. I’m not going to make a judgement on that, but needless to say that you need to read scripture knowing that it is coded.

One of the biggest questions that many ask about the creation of the universe is where did it come from and how did the Big Bang happen. Many scientists believe that the Big Bang came from nothing around 14

I would like to add my 2 cents worth to this topic too. I believe that God is merciful and sometimes mercy requires harsh judgement to stop injustices from happening now and into the future. God is a gardener who sometimes prunes branches from the human vine to stop unfruitful branches from fruit struggling to grow on unfruitful branches. Pruning…[Read more]
