I also do not understand Berean’s 1160 day theory. For me, it would have some credibility if you could simplify it down to two paragraphs.
Ed J’s is simple and truth tends to be simple like that. 1 +1 = 2, e=mc2… 1160 days =…

Berean. …..the abomination of deselation took place in 70 AD , after the Messiah, Jesus Christ was cut off for the Sins of the people.
“So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’ spoken of through the prophet Daniel–let “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes de…[Read more]

Then all the corrupt powers which have apostatized from God will give their support to the Papacy for a prophetic hour in her last effort to eradicate the saints. However, when her triumph looks certain her supporters will turn on her and destroy her as described in Revelation 18.”

Mike, you sat the heliocentric model has problems but then you are corrected. Yet your model has zero evidence and is not even clever. Yet you think it is true. Is this not an example of blind faith?

I’ll say no. I would have to Google it to see if my assumption on their meaning were correct.

If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.

T8…..what does a harlot do, she sales herself for money.
Prostitutes herself before other gods. A virgin is betrothed to one.

Hi Berean.
Ed J said the following which is really simple to understand. I wonder if you can compile your view into something this simple.
The Beast (islam) took over the holy land when the ‘abomination of desolation’ was set up in 688 AD and his rule
(over the holy land) ended when Israel took back over the holy land in 1948, which is exa…Proclaimer replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 6 years, 6 months ago

I totally agree with that.

As I said, I think Islam fits like a glove.
And Catholicism fits as the harlot. However, it could also be false religion as a whole because each head of the beast had a different religion of some kind from the Egyptians to the Ottomans.
I don’t see Catholism as the beast or one of the heads, but I am not ruling it out either.

Well yes, I think that is very possible.

The term “In the name of Allah” in Arabic resembles 666 (χξς) in Greek. It is possible that John actually saw in his vision the mark or name of Allah and it reminded him of the number 666 or he just wrote the symbol down as he saw it and translators wrote it down as 666 as it was the closest thing to the symbol
This view also could explain…[Read more]

The dome of the rock mosque (the abomination of desolation)
to the kabba (the image of the beast) in Mecca is 666 nautical miles.Ed J, this doesn’t really mean anything to me, but the other stuff you said about the 42 months and 1160 days or whatever it was seems significant to me if in deed these dates and times check out.
What do you think…[Read more]

Hi guys.
The Flat Earth is fraught with errors. But all these problems go away if you do one simple thing.
Instead of drawing longitudinal lines out to the edge of a disk, you simply draw them out toward the equator and back in toward a single point in the south. Boom, distances are correct, all people at the same latitude in the Southern…[Read more]

I am open minded about the end times, but to me, the things that stand out in history since these prophecies were given are the false / established / Catholic Church and Islam.
If I had to make a bet right now, the Islamic Empire fits too well into Bible prophecy as the latest head of the beast but doesn’t exist right now because the beast is…[Read more]

Your prophesying things that will cause people to be taken by suprise, when Jesus actually does return, by looking for thing to happen before his return that are not going to happen, until nearly a thousand years after his return.
Then you do not understand. I’m not sure I can help you.

Hi Gene.
The Bible is a tough book for the carnally minded. God hides his truth from the wicked and the self-appointed wise.
You will find that history is not really hidden, but prophecy is. For this reason, your examples about times falls flat.
Seek God first is my advice. When God shows you something, then feel free to share it as we will be…[Read more]
