Yeah, there are some strange things going on with the moon in Phoenix.  For one, it always used to rise with the Sea of Crises at about 5 til 12.  Now it rises with the SoC in a bunch of different places… which is weird because as a general rule, it’s said that the moon “follows” the SoC  around, ie: the SoC is the “nose” of the moon.
