Interesting to note that the Angel of the Lord makes a lot of appearances in the Old Testament, but not the New Testament. Instead, the NT is about Jesus Christ as a man and as the glorified Son of God. Yes Christ is a mystery, but like all mysteries, it’s not handed to people on a plate.
