Quote (Nick Hassan @ April 19 2005,00:46)A thought Rudy, Dan 12.9″And he said 'Go your way Daniel, for these words are concealed and SEALED UP until the end time”You might have said this but could the breaking of the SEALS in Revelation be unsealing of hidden prophecy?Could be, but I would imagine that it would be something that God reveals in…[Read more]

Quote (Nick Hassan @ April 17 2005,20:20)Thank you, These are trinitarians. One obvious fact to me about the trinity doctrine as I have yet to meet the person who worships or prays to a trinity. And attendance at their services further shows their confusion as they pray to, worship and call on The Father, the Son and the Spirit-all mixed in and…[Read more]

To trettep, Quote (trettep @ Mar. 31 2005,18:28)Yes T8!!! We are basically saved so long as we have the Spirit of God but we can lose the Spirit of God by disobedience because disobedience is a spirit also. T8 you might be ready for a bit more substance in your diet.I want to ask you now what you believe the Gospel is?The good news is that Y…[Read more]

Elijah's ministry or mantle is to make the way straight for the coming of the Lord. We see that clearly with John the Baptist, baptising with a baptism of repentance. Repentance must preceed the coming of the Lord if the Lord is to receive a bountiful harvest of souls and if he is to come for a church without spot and blemish. The Church today…[Read more]

Quote Hi t8,you don't understand me? Scripture does not say Jesus is the Father. It says he is the Son of God. Liljon is convinced Jesus is Yahweh which makes him his own father. So he has taken the 'Oneness' false trail.Yes true Nick.I must have been tired when I read it. Makes perfect sense now. I also thought I was replying to someone elses…[Read more]

I love to hear testimonies. They always have a message that is relevant to anyone if they have ears to listen. Thanks Cubes.

Working in vain. Works not built on truth will crumble and you are helping others to believe in the lie.

Interesting take Rudy. I pretty much see it that way too, but am open to it being a parable for something else too. However I never made a connection with the breaking of the seals and their prophecy. They tormented those on the earth and it could be at the same time as opening of the seals or pouring out of the bowls.

I should add that 'witnessess' have a testimony. That's what witnesses do. They testify. We see the same thing in a court. They testify of what they have seen or what they have been told.

Yes we do and we represent Christ and his God. But these 2 stand before God perhaps in a similar way that archangels stand before God. So if their ministry is similar to ours then does that strengthen the position that they are men like us?Perhaps they are like us, just as archangels are angels? 'Archmen' so to speak.

Quote (Nick Hassan @ April 09 2005,21:17)Fair enough t8, So they are not offering hope but judgement?I guess that they may be offering hope, but as we know the people will not repent, so they receive judgment, even through these 2 witnessess. It says that they tormented those on the earth and the people give presents to one another when they are…[Read more]

To Nick, You say that both witnesses have all the attributes. But it does seem uncannily similar to both the attributes and actions of these men. If they are 2 men at all, then you would have to assume that they are in unity of Spirit. So together they could do those things by God's ordination. When we are one we tend to share the things that God…[Read more]

Hi Nick, They are called witnesses because they bring judgement to the people.Deuteronomy 17:6On the testimony of two or three witnesses a man shall be put to death, but no one shall be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.Matthew 18:16But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established b…[Read more]

We appear to have 12000 from each tribe (Israel) and 2 who represent all mankind. It seems that God has representitives from the tribes of Israel and then all mankind (including the Gentiles). There are even 24 elders in Heaven. God has a kingdom and in that Kingdom are positions of authority. Jesus said that we can rule and reign with him on his…[Read more]

Quote (Nick Hassan @ April 01 2005,23:40)Hi, We know that Jesus is shown with the sword coming out of his mouth,?symbolising judgement by the Word of God. Hi guys, I'm back from the Daintree and I have a suntan.Enjoyed the rainforest. Swam in the rivers, saw waterfalls, crocodiles, huge spiders, kangaroos, emus and beautiful birds and colourful butterflies. We rented a 4WD, but it had a resident that I couldn't get rid of, (a huntsman spider I think). It managed to hide under the car even at speeds…[Read more]

I am going to the Barrier Reef and the Daintree rainforest tomorrow (with my wife). This is the only place in the world where 2 World Heritage areas meet.
