Assumptions on a triune God are easily refuted. It is written that there is one God THE FATHER and that Jesus is the Lord. It is also written that God made Jesus both lord and christ. We know that Jesus existed in the FORM of God and came in the form of man and returned to the glory that he had with the Father. It is written that Jesus will call us…[Read more]

Quote (WorshippingJesus @ Sep. 19 2009,13:19)t8You keep referring to the Baptismal formula. The question is should the verse be in the text?I have explained to you why the Apostles baptised in Jesus name, but you ignore it and persist on a smoke screen to cast doubt on the verse.Oh, trying to get me on a technicality. Tut tut.How about letting…[Read more]

Quote (WorshippingJesus @ Sep. 19 2009,11:49)t8Please show me controversy over Matt 28:19 being in the manuscripts! There is no such evidence! As far as the name, Matt 28:19 speaks of one name “singular” for the three persons all having the “definite article”. In the verse preceeding that Jesus said that all Power was given to him in heaven and in…[Read more]

While you are at it, why don't you add the verse where Jesus said “ye are theos”, and understand why he said it. The word 'theos' is applied to others, but is not always used to denote the Most High God. Only the Father is the most High God. You have real examples of this and you have clear teaching that states this. The point is that there are…[Read more]
