NickHassan replied to the topic The split in Christianity-The definition of the Eucharest in the forum View Points 10 years, 4 months ago
Hi,
The Eucharist is a human invention.
It derives from the false understanding that the flesh contributes something.
What the Spirit in Christ Jesus was teaching is that we all must partake in that Spirit and breaking bread symbolises that.

Hi KW,
He was tempted in every way that we are but never sinned.
Like every man born of woman he was born behind the 8 ball.
The servants of Satan, sin in the flesh, reside as lusts in everyone.
They conceive and give birth to sin when the man submits to them.
God provided the Law as schoolmaster so men can walk in that light.
Jesus did,…[Read more]

Hi KW,
God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble.
Jesus was humble .
By grace we are saved and by grace Jesus satisfied the demands of the law.

Hi,
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.
To the literalists I ask-
Does this mean this man existed as he is before he was conceived, born, named or anointed?
If not then think spiritually.

Hi Ed,
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.
The Word made flesh

Hi Ed,
So you say.
What support from scripture can you find?
With you love of number codes why do you stumble over the word codes in scripture?

Hi,
Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness will be satisfied.
By the Spirit all the spiritual needs of men are met.
Spiritual hunger and spiritual thirst.
Grace upon grace. By grace you are saved.

Hi,
For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink.
So speaks the Spirit for those with ears that hear.

Hi,
If anyone is thirsty let him come to me and drink.
The Spirit in Christ Jesus invites all to share the blessing.

Hi Ed,
If the scripture in Micah is prophetic how can you expect it to clarify timings?
The Spirit of Christ was not born but the future vessel for that Spirit was.
All deliberately confusing for natural minds – shadows of real truth.
NickHassan replied to the topic PROPHECY in the forum Inspirational writings & sermons 10 years, 4 months ago
Hi,
The bible is written by the One Who knows the future.
There is constant use of prophetic imagery.
Unless you are careful you can think it is all present day such as the infant Jesus being the anointed one at his conception or birth.

Hi,
Of course TRADITION hates the freedom of the Spirit and will always have to quench it.
NickHassan replied to the topic Was Jesus Christ born in Bethlehem or born at the Jordan? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 10 years, 4 months ago
Hi ED,
Micah is a potted compound history of the Word made flesh
Jesus Christ.
Vessel and contents.

Hi KW,
He walked in the light of the Law.

Hi,
So to obey the gospel -repent , believe and be baptised in water and the Spirit – is to be one of the few fish from the lake that is caught in the net. But God demands we walk in the Spirit and by seeking grace become like the master.
A sorting is done and some never make it to the wedding table.

Hi t8,
Your trust in your own understanding is impressive
but sadly deceived.
Trust not in your own understanding.

Hi t8,
Nobody can convince you that the Spirit speaks through scripture.
God may choose to give you the grace to hear.

Hi t8,
How can you follow what you do not recognise happening in the life of the Messiah?
NickHassan replied to the topic The word is really the holyspirit in the forum Truth or Tradition 10 years, 4 months ago
Hi t8,
As you know he was son of God by conception and a son of God through Adam.
By his rebirth at the Jordan and walking in the Spirit he was a Son of God according to the Spirit.
For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God

Men are like the dry parched valleys and in need of the waters of Life.
That is how Jesus Christ speaks of the Holy Spirit
