Nick,ALL Greek Biblical scholars (even the Trinitarian ones) acknowledge that “a god” is a grammatically correct translation of John 1:1c.Why must you insist on a translation of “THE god”, when John specifically calls one of the gods “THE god”, and not the other one?Why must you insist that God can be WITH God? Are you oblivious to this nonsense?

God cannot be WITH God, Nick. The Word was a god who was with THE God in the beginning. This is how John wrote it, and that is what it means.
