Jammin,I totally agree with you here! The word 'His' is not in the Greek and should not be added. Just like if it said that Jesus existed in the form of man compared to Jesus existed in the form of 'his' man. God here in Phil 2:6 seems to be a particular type of form and not a particular person.Take care, jammin!
