His name is Yawheh and since he is the only one their is no “a”.

Just saying Yawheh God or the Yawheh God may work but they sound odd to my ear. I believe they are used in Scripture but they may work better in Hebrew than in English.

I can speculate that Marry was on her period and therefore her touch would be unclean to a Jew. Jesus was an observant Jew, who never violated even the least tenet of the Law of Moses; despite the accusations of the Pharisees.
