GeneBalthrop replied to the topic JOHN 1:1 who is the WORD? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 5 years, 8 months ago
Egj……To answer your question, we need to define what a WORD IS. A word is the “utterance” of the perceptions of your mind, which is your life, it is an “utterance” of how you see things, hence your spirit, “cognisity” . So words are are as Jesus said , “the words I am tWelling you “are” spirit and life. But remember he also said…[Read more]

Jodi…..“perfect”. I am so grateful you do understand these thing here, an evident token of the Spirit of Truth abiding “in” you, continue trusting in GOD the Father as Jesus did, and his “spirit of truth” will reveal more and more unto you.
You have much to offer Jodi, offer it as God our father reveals it unto you, through the spirit of t…[Read more]

Pilgrim……Wrong God and his word are spirit and are one, and all those who have his Spirit and do his words that are “in” then , are one with God the Father, the exact same as Jesus was, because he alway did what pleased the Father. Who was his and our, “only” true God.
All those who try to “seperate God’s word, from “himself “, are “TH…[Read more]

Edj…..we truly are begotten, now, but not yet born, we still are dealing with sin. Remember what Paul said,
Rom 7:23……O wretched man “that I am”! Who shall (future tense) deliver me from the body of this death.
We not “born” yet, but we certainly are “begotten”.
Peace and love to you and yours. ………gene

Carmel…..Here is what Jesus said “after”, he was resurected,
Luke 24:39….Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself, and see, for a Spirit hath not “Flesh” and “bone”, as you see me have.
This all took place after Jesus was resurected. The liar here is you and your corupt “mystery religion” , you spue out of your mind here, add…[Read more]

As Jodi brought out, Remember what Jesus said for us to pray for, “thy” kingdom come, “thy will” be done, “on earth” as it is done in “heaven”. Good time comming our way Edj, w…[Read more]

Jodi, I tell you, they just do not get it!, Their eyes have been darkened, by all the False teachings they have allowed into themselves over the years, they do not “love the truth”, therefore they suffer from a deluding spirit sent unto them from God, 2ths2, and do not even realize it.
Thank GOD the Father, there are a “few”, that do unde…[Read more]

LU……tell us, how does, a Spirit “become” flesh? Explain that to us please. Jesus told us God was a Spirit, and he said he was not a Spirit, even after he was resurected from the Grave. So how do you reconcile that with saying Jesus is God who is Spirit?
Spirit can and does “indwell” flesh, but never “is” flesh, as far as I can see writ…[Read more]

Edj……That’s not a paradox if you understand it, the term “lose his life” means to let go of the “way” you live, your life. Those who do that are then able to change and live the way God want us to, and therefore they are saving their life, but the person not willing to change the way they live will have to lose their life or, (the way the…[Read more]

HE gave all the Glory to God the Father, while you dishonor him, by saying that Jesus is the word of God “himself” , a apsolute “LIE”.
