    Hi EdJ

You’re jumping in on my discussion with bd, but if this analysis is important to you then I’d say the mouth is the Father, His breath is the Spirit, and Christ the spoken Word… three Persons – one God.

Thus in Psalm 33:6 we have the three manifestations of God – Word, LORD and Breath..

Just my own speculation on defining…

And how exactly does Christ fit into your understanding of Psalm 33:6?

…so Christ is which one, you still haven’t answered yet

    A. Is speaking the word and is the word
    B. Is not speaking the word but is the word
    C. Is not speaking the word and is not the word

Sounds like you may be going for “B” – is that your answer then…[Read more]

    Hi Ed.

I did not say the word spoken out of God’s mouth was the Son of God, but God spoke His word for us in these last days through His Son as scripture says.

    Hi Miia

If Jesus spoke “The Word” then it should be pretty obvious that he cannot be “The Word” which he is speaking; do you agree?

    Hi Nick,

Do you believe “the spirit of Christ” is a different spirit from the spirit that Jesus was born with?

    please answer

    Hi Nick,

It sounds like you are saying “Jesus” -AND- “The Christ” became one with God in God’s HolySpirit.

But isn’t Jesus “The Christ”? It sounds like you are trying to make God’s own spirit(=HolySpirit)
into “the Christ” also saying “The Christ” a different spirit from Jesus. Is this what you are saying?

    Hi t8,

“Nick, if Christ/christos means ‘Anointing’, then how can Jesus be the anointing if he was just a plain man that became anointed? The anointing is something or someone else surely if a person like the man Jesus receives it.”

What God has joined together let no man put asunder.

Jesus and the anointing are one and one with God in that an…

    Hi Nick,

For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire
laborers into his vineyard. 2 And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard. 3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, 4 And said…[Read more]
