May I comment on the “Will of God”? God is the captain of the ship of the universe; all His creatures are its passengers. He is guiding the vessel across the ocean of time from the port that is called “All in God” to the haven that is termed “God in all.” The passengers have wills of their own, but only as much freedom of choice as their C…[Read more]

Hi gsilva72, thanks for your reply. Re Jn 10:16, I believe this refers to the dispersed Jews who were abroad, The dispersion, outside the land, was reached by Peter (1 Pet.1:1 ) , in his two epistles. The four gospels are still about Jesus desipleing the Jews, still under the 'old covenant', and under the “law”. Math.15:24, “I (Jesus) was not…[Read more]

Explanation of Acts 2:40 (39-40). 39 The promise was to Israel both in the land and in the dispersion (Dan.9:7). Those “afar” were Jews in the lands where God had driven them, and not Gentiles or the church.40 The salvation was from the judgments about to visit that crooked generation.Blessings.

I pose this question to anyone following this thread, “What in your opinion was the purpose of Christs sacrifice?” I have been having this discussion with Nick, but he dosn't seem to know the answer. I would be pleased with any input from anyone having an interest in this subject. Any and all opinions will be wellcomed. Blessings.

You have quoted scripture but have avoided the question: “In YOUR opinion what was the purpose of Christs sacrafice”? In other words what did Christs sacrafice accomplish? Blessings.

I don't understand your answer..”Your choice”. Maybe I should refrase the question: In your opinion what was the purpose of Christs sacrafice?Blessings

Yes, but thank God, His Son has justified us through His death and ressurection. He (God), sees our sins no more. I believe God would not be pleased for us to keep asking for forgiveness, He would say “why did my Son have to suffer such a painfull, humiliating, mental anguish, and death by crucifition for the sins of the word, to justify all.…[Read more]

We are termed “justified”, do we still have to “repent”? Now, from this grand perspective, let us seek to grasp the scriptural essence of the Greek verb dikaioõ, which, in English, is “justify.” First of all, let us note that the English adjective “just” (in Greek, dikaion) is the equivalent of the adjective “righteous,” which means, “to b…[Read more]

Our Saviour, God, saves us, “not for works which are wrought in righteousness which we do, but according to His mercy” (Titus 3:5). He does so, “through Jesus Christ, our Saviour, that, being justified in that One’s grace, we may be becoming enjoyers, in expectation, of the allotment of life eonian” (Titus 3:6,7). We learn from Romans 4:5, conc…[Read more]

In my opinion, the “Concordant” version is the most accurate. Go to “Concordant.org” to read about how this version came about. It is amazing how this man and associates (no longer alive) spent a lifetime researching and translating this version. The website is still active.God Bless.

Again, something you attribute to me, “I have seen your justification for your belief….” But you will never give the post of what it is. Just false accusations again and again, only inuendos. You are a master of “False Wittnesing”

Same garbage, never quoting what supposed “holder of dogmas” I have said, just false accusations as usual. I am begining to doubt your sanity.

Nick. Discussing one thread with you is trying enough, I have enough trouble trying to defend myself from your false accusations, that you refuse to prove when asked. Trying to have a sane conversation with you is like trying to catch a greesed pig, you don't continue to answer any questions when asked, jumping back and forth so as not to be…[Read more]
