Wakeup, the only church denomination which I went to is the Adventists, and although I never stayed, and only went as a visitor, I found their sermons spirit filled. Though I did not agree with everything, a lot of it I did.Eating healthy food is a good thing, as is avoiding alcohol.Do you eat meat? Do you drink alcohol?It's not good for you, IMO.
