Actually I was thinking maybe Gene he has a good spirit.
Now, I also believe that if Ed stopped posting in certain ways that he does, gave up his numbers and many strange ideas, I think he would do well as a moderator, depends though.
Or maybe us four is it woman should ? Think we would do a better job, if you ask me.
We have more practice at these things.
I would not object to Keith as a moderator………except he's not around as much anymore.
Keith, be careful what you wish for……..it is a thankless job!

very well, T will make a wise decision on the matter i am sure, it is quite the surprise most that post on the forum, have been selected, we all must carry a bit of moderator with us.

You have good taste, because it appears to be golden light in color, like a lager. My dad homebrewed too, and his was th ecolor of motor oil, and you could taste the hops for hours after, and it acted like a laxative. Seriously, I appreciate all of you and your confidence in me but I am not so sure I would be the man for the Job. I realize it probably is not an easy task. If I didn't get into so many heated discusions I may be more qualified.
I think the best candidate over all, while the ones I have mentioned are good, would be seekingtruth (WM) because he doesn't post much and he has a really good Spirit about him. And he is a long time Veteran at HN. He has been here since Jan 2006 and has a little over a 1000 post and this is his sginature…

I think a Moderator should be like how we chose judges between Debates to settle things when asked to in disputes
and be unbiased, no matter what we believe.its really depends what is his job to do. If its watching out for spam, thats a piece of cake.
but the biggest problems i think is the misunderstanding and the insults we have in the forum.maybe a moderators job should be like a mediator between opposing parties.

I concur. Now that I have cooled down, it does become very clear that Kathi was right. Someone in the middle of the problem should never be able to tile the other. For this, and also for my part in the war we waged, I apologize to JA. And I apologize also to Jack. I should have pointed the problem out to t8 or JA at that time and not given you the tiles myself.t8 can keep my mod status to himself. It's funny, the first thing I posted to t8 when he offered the job was, “Will I still be able to dish out as much crap to Jack as he does to me?”
I'm in the middle of too many wars here. And that makes me unqualified also. I vote for WM. Or Kerwin.
