Yes there is such a relationship. It's called blind faith. Just believing and not understanding. Many need to go elsewhere to find understanding, and still can't receive wisdom.
Kerwin, the way you ask the question is confusing. Why not just ask plainly. eg. “can somebody receive God's words and not receive his wisdom”
I spend a lot of time just trying to work out what you are saying, and hope I've understood the question right.
Journey,Blind faith is not of God or he would not instruct you test the Spirits. Blind faith is a way to get tricked into not testing the spirit. We are instructed to watch or teachings and actions for both our own and our hearers sake. There is a way to test what we hear. Lack of knowledge can make us vulnerable.
I always write that way. I think it is because I learn my style from reading and lately Scripture has had a large part in it though it is probably still patched. I have been told by others it makes things difficult to understand. Now I am aware of it perhaps I can change.
