14 And these be the names of those that were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shammua, and Shobab,
    and Nathan, and Solomon,

    1 Chronicles 3:5
and these were the children born to him there:Shammua, Shobab, Nathan and Solomon. These four were by Bathsheba daughter of Ammiel.

Ed, Nathan was the third child of Bathsheba, after the first one died.  How could Nathan, who was as of yet unborn by Bathsheba, be the Nathan who rebuked David about Bathsheba…………. years before he was even born?

    Hi Mike,

    Good Job Mike!
    I must have missed it.

How do you know if it is right or if it is wrong?

    Hi 2Besee,

What I present are the facts, either they are relevant or they are not.
But I have clearly shown that they are indeed relevant in showing truth.

    Hi Mike,

Here is something else I recently learned, that I had apparently overlooked for years.

It is what the colors of the four Horseman in Rev.6:2-8 mean.

I already knew they were linked to the four chariots of Zech.6:2-8, and here's how…      (This thread (Link) is study on this)

    God bless

It's interesting that the father of Bathsheba is called “Ammiel” in the verse above, but “Eliam” in 2 Samuel 11:3.

    Hmmmm……………

Mary was born through Nathan (the prophet), son of David,
before the linage of David was cursed (2Sam.12:9-10)
because of his sin in taking Uriah the Hittite's wife.

    Ed,

How does 1 Chronicles 3:5 change your understanding about the lineage of Jesus?

    Hi Mike,

Not sure at this point, I will have to think and pray about it.
Jesus is sure capable of removing the curse though, that's for sure!

Thanks for pointing it out to me, I will have to TWEEK the book 'HCBC” a little.
I have recorded this in the records thread (of what we learned at H-net):
Have you learned something new, have you changed your mind?

    Hi WU,
    You say

” Some believe that Jesus was resurrected in the flesh.
This boggles my mind. This only shows that the christian world is in satans pocket.”

Jesus did and showed them his old body
    But you know better?
