Terricca…….The SPIRIT OF GOD IS THE ANOINTING JHON WAS TALKIN ABOUT IT IS OUR TEACHER BECAUSE IT CAUSES US TO SEE AND UNDERSTAND THE THINGGS OF GOD. “For the spirit “itself” bears witiness, with our spirit, that we “are” the childern of God.”.
1 John 2:20….”but you have a unction (a special endowment, an “anointing”), from the HOLY ONE, and you know ( a better word “percieve”), all things.
Not that we actually “know” everything, no one knows everything but GOD, but we have the “ability” to “percieve the truith” in all thing when we hear it. That is what the spirit of truth, or COMFORTOR does , it rasies our “intellects” in order to “percieve the truth” in all things, therefore we are no longer tossed around with every wind of doctrine as many are, remember Jesus said he would send “it” to us, from the FATHER.

Gene but scriptures says it is with the heart that we understand the truth not with our intellect,and that God has talked to us through his son and his disciples told us about him for they saw him and were taught by him ;this is why it says ; Jn 17:20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message,
their is no other message ,Gene ,that’s it and so God talk to us all through his written word ,but to understand it we have to understand it through our heart, for God is LOVE and it is with the heart that we love ,
Terricca…….Yes the heart is where the love of GOD IS SHED, that is how God writes his law in our inward parts, but that being said, it also says, “by the renewing of our minds” we are being changed, love of GOD effects our emotions, through the “intellect” in our minds, they are tied together in all humans, you can’t have one and not the other.
1 Cor 2:11…. “for what man “knows the things of a man, save the spirit of man whch is “in” him? Even so the things of GO KNOWS NOMAN, BUT THE SPIRIT OF GOD. 12…. Now we have “recieved” not the spirit of the world, but the spirit (INTELLECT) which is of God; that we might “KNOW” the things that are freely given to us from GOD.
Terricca, all of 1 Cor 2-11 through 2-16, the whole thing is talking about our “intellects” and how they are changed by the spirit of GOD, brother. IMO

Terricca……SPIRITS IMPUTE THEIR DESTINCT INTELLECTS TO US. THEY COME IN ALL TYPES AND KINDS, THERE IS THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM, NOW ASK YOURSELF IS WISDOM NOT A INTELLECT OF THE MIND, OR THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH, IS THAT ALSO NOT A INTELLEGENCE, THE SPIRIT OF THE FEAR OF THE LORD IS THAT NOT ALSO AN INTELLEGENCE, THEY ALL EFFECT OUR THINKING AND THEREFORE ARE INTELLECTS, all spirits impute their particular intellects into our minds. While types of spirits can be grouped like good and evil, clean and unclean they are not the same spirit, we are told to try the spirits to see if they are of OR FROM GOD, for instance JESUS showed us unclean spirits can bring many more into a person, they are not the exact same spirits, they differ one from another even though the can all be grouped as unclean spirits. That is a category or type of spirits, and as there are types and kinds of unclean spirits there are also types and kinds of clean spirits. They all effect the state of the person they are in, because they effect his or here thinking, they are types and kinds of intellect’s that abide in people. We can identify them by what they say, through a person, like an accuser of the brethern that some have working in them even here, an don’t even know it. IMO

NICK……Is Satan a good or evil spirit. Is GOD A GOOD OR EVIL SPIRIT? Why not say ALSO what clean and unclean spirits are there? Because you are ignorant about what spiits are and what TYPES AND KINDS there are, does not mean everyone else is. IMO

Spirits impute their particular type AND kind to our minds, they are intellegent and can control the minds of people they are in, therefore it say “let this “mind” be in you that was in christ Jesus our lord. That mind was the mind of GOD THE FATHER, HOW?, BY HIS SPIRIT THAT WAS IN JESUS. God the Father was truly “in”JESUS. THE SAMETHING APPLIES TO US . IMO

Nick……what do you think JESUS MEANT WHEN HE SAID “The last “state” of that man was worse then the first”, what state washe talking about was it not his mental state? Is not a mental state the condition of our intellects or thinking.
You seem to lack spritual decernment in this case. IMO
