Rev 3:21… just as I overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne.

Keep in mind that the Son also sits down on His father David's throne which is not said to be shared with the Father God.

I don't believe he was created. Creation is defined as all that was made by God through Christs/Word.

Jesus is special in that he is the first born of all creation. Then all things that were created were created by God through Christ.

I believe he came from God directly. He was begotten. He existed in the FORM of God, not as God himself.

He was the first born. The prototype.
