    I do praise Jesus and all of God's annointed. Do you think praising Jesus means not praising Muhammad or Moses?

    Do you Praise Moses, Elijah, David, Solomon?

    Do you praise Muhammad? If not why not? I do

    No I dont because:…..”This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone.
    And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”..(Acts 4:11)

    Do you see Jesus as the Son of God?….”This is my beloved Son; listen to him.”..(Mark 9:7)

    Who poured out His blood for our Sins?..”….for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”..(Matthew 26:28)

    It is only by seeing this Bod that you (according to the Bible not the Quran) can be saved. “…without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins…”…Hebrews 9:22)

    Jesus is Higher than all of them. His name is above all others.

    He came down from Heaven but they are from the Earth.
    He was hidden but then revealed. His Words should take precedence over all others because He was before all others!

    Jesus said he was one with all believers.

    He also said believers were his friend.

    He also said let the greatest be the servant

    He also said give the weaker the higher places

    Here is something you can explain:

    Jesus said:

    Luke 7:28 (King James Version)

    28 For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.

    Jesus was born of a woman and John certainly is in the Kingdom of God, do you see the point?

    so who is the greatest?

    Matthew 18:3-4 (King James Version)

    3And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

    4Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

    So the greatest is not limited to One but moreso of those who act as One in Unity with God.

    Luke 22:25-27 (King James Version)

    25And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.

    26But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.

    27For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth.

    (Hi. I hope this will make sense its been a really long day so if theres any mistakes its not my fault ok lol. I hate doing long posts)

    I think youve read the bible alot more than me, so why cant you see what your post meant?

    Your talking about how He was humbled and came as the servant while on Earth which is true but you do know that before then He pre-existed,
    He only became (The Obediant Servant..Jesus) while here. Then He returned to His previous existance (after death);

    “..In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”…(John 17:5)
    “And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed.”
    (John 1:1)

    “.. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
    Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
    But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
    And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
    Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
    That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
    And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”..(Philippians 2:5-11)

    The verses you used to show how we must humble ourselves like children, Jesus was teaching the People how they should be. The teacher isnt the student.

    When He returns He returns as The King of the Kingdom..

    Revelation 19:11-16,… “I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True.
    With justice he judges and makes war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns.
    He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God.
    The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean.
    Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. ‘He will rule them with an iron scepter.’ He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.
    On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.”

    He did come as a Servant but He doesnt return like that…

    “For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son, that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father.”.(John 5:22)

    “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.”(Revelation 11:15)

    “…when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints….” (2 Thessalonians 1:7-10)

    mean anything to you?

    Surah 9

    97 The Arabs of the desert are the worst in Unbelief and hypocrisy, and most fitted to be in ignorance of the command which Allah hath sent down to His Messenger. But Allah is All-knowing, All-Wise.
    98 Some of the desert Arabs look upon their payments as a fine, and watch for disasters for you: on them be the disaster of evil: for Allah is He That heareth and knoweth (all things).
    99 But some of the desert Arabs believe in Allah and the Last Day, and look on their payments as pious gifts bringing them nearer to Allah and obtaining the prayers of the Messenger. Aye, indeed they bring them nearer (to Him): soon will Allah admit them to His Mercy: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

    Do you understand any of this?

    Hi.
    The 'Word of God' is explained in John chapter one, When you really know then you can understand from reading that it is Jesus but His name (before becoming a Man who was Jesus) was.. 'The Word'.

    Its God, then the Son, But God gives to whom He will and has given all to the Son.

    Matthew 11:27 “All things have been handed over to Me by My Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father;
    nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.

    Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.

    John 3:35 The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand.

    If Jesus didn't find it robbery to be equal with God then why does he not say that he is equal with God?

    Its God, then the Son, But God gives to whom He will and has given all to the Son.

    Matthew 11:27 “All things have been handed over to Me by My Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father;
    nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.

    Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.

    John 3:35 The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand.

    Why do you assume this to mean Jesus exclusively? If no one knows the son except the Father how can you claim to know the son? Perhaps the meaning is deeper than you understand.

    John 3:35 The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand.

    Genesis 1:28
    And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

    Matthew 6:10
    Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

    Luke 3:38
    Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.

    Can you show me where it says that Jesus was the Word?

    The Word was given to and placed in many, Jesus became the Word of God when God placed His Holy Spirit within Jesus

    And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
    Luke 2:51-52

    Does the Word of God increase in favour with God? Does that make sense?

    Isaiah 29..

    Astonish yourselves and be astonished;
    blind yourselves and be blind!
    Be drunk, but not with wine;
    stagger, but not with strong drink!
    For the LORD has poured out upon you
    a spirit of deep sleep,
    and has closed your eyes (the prophets),
    and covered your heads (the seers)…

    …And the vision of all this has become to you like the words of a book that is sealed.
    When men give it to one who can read, saying, “Read this,” he says, “I cannot, for it is sealed.”
    And when they give the book to one who cannot read, saying, “Read this,” he says, “I cannot read.”

    And the Lord said:”Because this people draw near with their mouth
    and honor me with their lips,
    while their hearts are far from me,
    and their fear of me is a commandment taught by men,
    therefore, behold, I will again do wonderful things with this people,
    with wonder upon wonder;
    and the wisdom of their wise men shall perish,
    and the discernment of their discerning men shall be hidden.”
    Ah, you who hide deep from the LORD your counsel,
    whose deeds are in the dark,
    and who say, “Who sees us? Who knows us?”…

    …Is it not yet a very little while
    until Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field,
    and the fruitful field shall be regarded as a forest?
    In that day the deaf shall hear
    the words of a book,
    and out of their gloom and darkness
    the eyes of the blind shall see.

    The meek shall obtain fresh joy in the LORD,
    and the poor among mankind shall exult in the Holy One of Israel.

    The Bible and The Quran are both from the same root.

    If you wish to refrain from the Quran so be it but the fact is the only point of either book is to look towards God.

    What you call the Old Testament is not so to the Jews and they who are true Jews look towards God although they await their Messiah

    Christians are taught by Jesus to look towards God the Jewish Messiah and light to the gentiles

    The Muslims Worship God and Jesus is a light to them

    There is no problem with the ways of God and His dealing with His creation there simply underdeveloped and developed understandings of these things.

    I understand where I am with these things and if you understand where you are with these things then great.

    If someone wants to discuss then yes lets discuss but to assume to take the role of a teacher you would also have to assume that someone is willing to take the role of a student and I assume no such role except by the Will of God.

    Hi Bod,

    You said, “Can you show me where it says that Jesus was the Word?”

    This is how I read it:
    1. In the beginning, the Word was with God.
    2. The Word became flesh.

    Jesus, the Son of Man, also came from heaven and became flesh.

    3. Jesus was given a name above all others – a name no one knows but him.

    4.Jesus is the Lord of lords and King of kings.

    5. The person in Rev in the white robe is the Lord of lords and King of kings, and also the Word.

    Am I missing something? How is it that you think Jesus is not the Word?

    peace and love,
    mike
