    Hi not3,
Believers in another god are still brothers?

    Hi Nick,

I'm not sure what you are driving at? Do you mean to say that you can only be brother's with someone who understands God the exact same way that you do? Is that what we are told to do in the bible? Where?

    Hi not3,
Should we not believe in the God of Jesus?
    Or is that optional now?

    Nick,

I'm confused. Everyone here, to my knowledge, does believe in the God of Jesus.

    Hi david,
    You say
“Following his resurrection, Jesus did not always appear in the same body of flesh “

I believe this is JW dogma but why do they teach it as it is not written?

Mar 16:12  After these things he appeared in another form to two of them, as they were walking into the country.

    Hi S,
    Interesting.
    Lk24
31And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.

It seems to be more of a partial blindness that was the problem.

    Hi not3,
Except those who believe he is also a part of that God.
He came to show men the Father.

    Hey Nick,

Maybe if you could just define God for us, it would help the situation tremendously.

Is a son not part of his Father?

    Hi not3,
    No.
At least not where I live.

    Nick,
You're nuts, do you know this?
Of course your son is a part of you.
You gave a part of yourself to create him!!
Without “you” there would be no “son”.

    Hi not3,
I looked all around and saw none of them.

Adam was a son of God yet Jesus called men sons of satan.

    I created nobody.

By your reasoning sons are also part of their mother??

    Hi not3,
Does it help to define God as theologians fool about doing?
Is it not easier and more helpful to know Him?

    You saw none of whom?

Adam was not begotten of God, there is a difference.

If you did not bring your son into existence…..who did?

Sons are indeed part of their mother's. Yup.

If you KNOW him, surely you can define him for us.

Do you not believe that our Trinitarian “friends” think that they know God too?

    Ha….vanity….pride. Does anyone know God?

    Hi not3,
Truth is precious to God and we should not be persuaded to ignore it in favour of human fellowship.

    And this means what??

Nick, the “truth” is that the scriptures are NOT CLEAR. So who decides…..you? Of course, you decide. That's where the vanity comes in. You think that you can tell everyone who the “right” God is. Well, then tell us! Define him for us!

Truth……what a load of crap! Who has truth? Who's truth? Which brand are you referring to? The bible supports any truth you want. Or any truth you think God is whispering in your ear. Sure, Jesus is God, he is the light, he is the Creator, he is *consult the bible and fill in the blank*. It's all there for the pick'in. And pick we do!!

I'm sorry. Nothing gets me more into a tizzy than for “Christians” to point at another Christian and say, “They're not good enough. They don't believe in the “truth” like I do. I won't call them 'brother' because they don't interpret scripture the exact way I do.” It's all vanity.

Mandy I have a question for you or several questions. We are to worship in Spirit and in Truth. So we search for the truth. Line upon line , precept upon precept.
Can I prove that there is a trinity? It is not to be found in the Bible. Can I however prove that it is wrong? yes.
    One Scripture.
Ephesians 4:6 one God and Father of all, who is above all…..
I feel that it is the main Scripture that shows that the trinity is wrong. no3in1. Only one God and Father of all.
There are other Scriptures, but for my hands I will only write one.
    preexisting
    Col. 1:15-17
    Rev. 3:14
    John 1:1
    John 17:5

    Covenants–
    Luke 22:20
Just a few truths which some of us fall over. Now if you will get angry because I say truths IMO I can't help that you feel that way. It does make me sad, because I do love you. I do wish that we would be united in all, but we are all human and have fallen short of the glory of God. That does includes me.
    Peace and Love Irene

    Hi tt,
So we should believe the implication that C sees in the reaction of the Jews?
    Is it written?
