ParticipantSome Bibles more accurately define LORD from Lord, one with all caps which should be rendered YHWH. The second Lord should be rendered as Master. In Bibles which do not do this all the more confusion arises when trying to proove Scripture.
Now that you know the difference, the rest of the Book will make more sense. Things will be in a proper perspective. Now you can say you believe Y'shua Messiah is the Son of Elohim and learn to do His Father's will. You can also know that Y'shua came in the flesh, and you are given the understanding of the mighty power of the Set-apart Spirit.July 3, 2007 at 4:47 pm#57781Worshipping Jesus

Forgive me, please from my last statement. This Bible verse does indicate that Jesus (the Word) is God. Where does that leave us then? There is no trinity, proven.Ep 4:4 “There is one body and one SPIRIT, just as you were called in one hope of your calling;
verse5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
verse 6 one GOD and father of all, who is above all, and through all. and in [you] all.”But Jesus is God.
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God (THEOS) and the Word was God (THEOS).”
Or 'the Word was God.” This is past tense indicating that Jesus at one point in time was in Unity with “with God.”
Then after he was born of the virgin….
John 1:14 (New International Version)
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
He became “our” Lord and “our” Savior. This is compared to God the Father who is “the” Lord, keyword “the”.
acertainchapGod has not changed his mind at any time.
Jn 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.Unless you believe that God ceased to be God, he the Word is still God.
God is our “only Savior” and there is none else.
Isa 43:11
I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.Isa 45:21
Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.Hsa 13:4
Yet I [am] the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.When these words were spoken Yahshua, Jesus was already the Lamb of God that was slain before the foundation of the world.
Would God change his mind or contradict himself when he says he is our “only Savior”?
I think not.
John as a strict monotheistic Jew penned the words of Jn 1:1 knowing full well there is only “One God” and “One Savior” and “One Lord”.
Furthermore John believed that Jesus was YHWH in the flesh…
Look here and see the proof…

Men claim that they have a “mere man” now as their saviour calling him there Lord and Master when Jesus says that you cant have “Two Masters”.
Matt 6:24
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.The scriptures clearly teach that there is only “One Lord” and we are to serve One Lord.
Deut 6:4
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:Zech ch 14 tells us of YHWH whos feet shall stand on the mount of olives…
Zeh 14:3
Then shall the LORD (YHWH) go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the southSome would spiritualize this scripture away but, this passage unambiguously shows that YHWH is Jesus the Word/God who who came in the flesh as our “Only Saviour and Lord”, and his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives.
Zech 14:9
And the LORD (YHWH) shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be *one LORD*, and his name one.Who is this “King of Kings” and “Lord of Lords”? Who has the “Name” that is above every name.
1 Tim 6:
14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.Rev 17:14
These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.Rev 19:6
And he hath on [his] vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
Some would say “Yahsua” whos name means “YHWH is salvation” is just a representitive for YHWH. He is just another anointed prophet or king or some special man or something else.But the Father speaks of him as being God confirming Jn 1:1 and 1 Cor 15:47, as the Lord from heaven…
Heb 1:
6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.Jesus said men should honor him as they honor God!
Jn 5:23
23 That all men should honour the Son, *even as* they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.You cannot have God apart from having Jesus.
Yet this would be a blatant contradiction of the Monotheistic Hebrew scriptures that tell us there is “none” beside him or like him.
Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;
Isa 45:21
Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and *there is no God else beside me*; a just God and a Saviour; *there is none beside me*.Isa 46:9
Remember the former things of old: for *I am God, and there is none else*; I am God, and *there is none like me*,
Truly John knew these things when he recorded John 1:1.
John could have used another greek word other than “Theos” but he didnt. He then ends his Gospel with Thomas saying..
Jn 20:
28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, *thou hast believed*: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
These truths demolish the lies of dar

between God and His Son.He thinks he is allowed to resolve his problems by adding trinity theory to scripture but that is not possible.

You constantly insist that Jesus is the God YHWH who is his Father.
So when this God introduced Himself here
Exodus 3:14
God said to Moses, ” I AM WHO I AM”; and He said, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, 'I AM has sent me to you.'”Who was speaking.
The Father,
The Son,
The Spirit
or a trinity?
Okay Nick, prove to me that this was the Father speaking. Give me scriptural evidence, not your personal theology.
Hi Is 1.18,
So it is your impression that it refers to God, the Father?
Good.God is One.

ParticipantQuote (Is 1:18 @ July 03 2007,21:47) Quote (IM4Truth @ July 03 2007,06:55) To me it is very easy to prove that the trinity doctrine is false by reading Ephesians 5-6
Hello Mrs. IM4Truth,
Tell me something. How do you reconcile this verse:Ephesians 4:6
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.…with these:
John 14:20
20In that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.Romans 8:10
10If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.Galatians 4:6
6Because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!”2 Corinthians 3:16-18
16but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.2 Corinthians 13:5
5Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you–unless indeed you fail the test?Ephesians 3:17
17so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love,Colossians 1:27
27to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.Colossians 3:11
11a renewal in which there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and freeman, but Christ is all, and in all.Romans 8:9-11
9However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. 10 if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.…or this one:
John 14:23
23Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.How is it that the “One God” that said to be “in us” in Eph 4:6 includes the “Spirit of Christ”? How does that concept fit within your theology? Look forward to your thoughts.

Mrs. IM4Truth,
I see you are online. May I have your thoughts please?

It is not a popular fact that Christ is not our God but is our Lord and the Son of that God.
But this fact has an enormous amount of very important support -from God, from Christ himself, from the apostles and many others.
Rather than follow the apostate church we should believe it.
It is very important.
Life is in the Son
Ep 4:4 “There is one body and one SPIRIT, just as you were called in one hope of your calling;
verse5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
verse 6 one GOD and father of all, who is above all, and through all. and in [you] all.”Yes I just found out about this verse of Scripture that says that proves that God and Father of all works his spirit through all and that Jesus is Lord and Savior of mankind that seems to indicate that he is not God.
To the contrary acertainchap, Ephesians 4:6 is evidence for the concept of plurality within YHWH.July 3, 2007 at 7:48 pm#57802acertainchap
