The Light

5 This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth; 7 but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

So GOD IS LIGHT.
The LIGHT is IN Jesus Christ.
That LIGHT is the Holy Spirit of God.

so their is much to say about it ,but you are still short on words,

Christ was a being that came down from heaven to bring live to us because he paid the price for Adam sin ,

the word light mean nothing but light but what was Christ meant by using that word

it got nothing the do with the vessel all those words have abstract meanings and those meanings are explain in scriptures .

If we receive of the Spirit of light from the Son we become sons of light

it seems that you don't know what the light means

you are quoting me back all the scriptures i quoted you or just about ,

the light means the knowledge that bring someone to God to be forgiven for hi sins ,this is the knowledge Christ though to his disciples and this his the message that they preached from the beginning ,this knowledge is the light that shines in the darkness of wickedness,

Jn 3:19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.
Jn 3:20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.
Jn 3:21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.”

in those who obey the message their live are shining with the light of the truth of God and his son ,by obeying the message we produce the light of God ,truth,

There is no understanding of spiritual things without the help of the Spirit

all you say is in an abstract sens,and so only few people will understand it ,but the fact that you repeat scriptures does not seem to guaranty that you have understood them right

many people every day are reading scriptures quote them in churches ,all over the world ,and yet do not understand them ,why is that

what you say is true but look what it says;in verse 23

1Jn 3:23 And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us.
1Jn 3:24 Those who obey his commands live in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.

we have to believe first ,and you do not believe what the son said so how can he live in you ?
