I do not believe the soul starts as a blank state though it is plausible that a person starts with a fairly primitive personality as even a baby reveals some personality.
understand that we are flesh and our superficial us is of the flesh ;eat drink and sleep,the influence that a child in the womb and the condition in which the parents are prior to have the baby does impact the fetus, that i do not know but it does influence it ,
so what seem to be the character of the early child could be a mimic of a learned, influence thing,Terricca…….excuse me, “MY SCRIPTURES”,those were not my scriptures, you accuse me of not posting scriptures which is a LIE, then when I do you say then do not mean what they say, but your inturpet ion is right even though it Gose again those scriptures. Fact is you are the one mixing up what a ‘LIVING SOUL IS, I have apostle to clear scripture that tell me what a soul is, here it is
Gen 2:7…..> AND THE LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breath into his nostrils, the breath oflife; and man became a”LIVING SOUL”.
WHAT DID GOD “FORM” A COMPLETE MAN FROM THE DUST, WHAT DID THE “COMPLETE” MAN COME TO BE?, “A LIVING SOUL”. NOT SO MUCH OF A WORD SAYING GOD HE TOOK DUST AND ADD A SEPARATION SOUL INTO IT. WHAT PART OF THAT SCRIPTURE DO YOU PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTAND.
The difference between me and you Pierre I do not add to scripture what it is not saying as you seem to alway have to do. You Pierre are not after NOR OF, the truth because you reject it constantly over and over here. IMO

Terricca and Nick……..produce one scripture that says what you have said, the scripture says clearly that God made man out of t g e dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and “THEN” MAN BECAME “A LIVING SOUL” . Now what became a living SOUL “THE MAN”, it was the “COMPLETE MAN” who was the “LIVING SOUL” not just part of him.

Terrica……point is, Jesus, never said he was alive as a Sentinel being before he was born on this earth. That is just part of orthodox false teachings that you have bought into. The spirit of God would never have shown you that, it would have given you proof that Jesus came into being as a pure human being and became spiritually adopted as a son of God, at the Jordan river. It would have shown you Jesus was the first human being to be resurrected from the grave to everlasting life.

Nick……I do, name one, and I am not saying every donomitional dogma is wrong, all of them may and do have some truth even as you do also.
Most of the views I express here are not any major denomination views that I know of, nor did I get them from any church demonization that I know of, but I see what you say does aline with some of them. You believe human being are inferior species, made to perish, you can find that same view in many church dogmas.
Look I do not want to get into a accusation contest here or a put down dialog either. You need to stick to specific scripturial teachings instead of using insulting accusations here. We are told to not get into doubtful disputations.

Is this all your own idea?Nick……Excuse me, I have shown the very frist scriptures that deal with the word SOUL written of in Genesis over and over here , it is you that will not except what Genesis clearly say not I.
As far as Holy Spirit goes I believe it is JUST AS THE WORD MEANS, HOLY ( SETASIDE, special) SPIRIT (INTELLECT) OF GOD. So, what is you definition of it?, if you even have one, let’s hear it. You seem to be obsessed with people who have a different view then yours.

So who provided you with the definition of Spirit?
Is the Spirit not of power?
Does the Spirit not of anything but intelligence?
Is God Himself not fully represented by His Spirit?
Nick…..no spirit of itself has power, or haven’t you read, the lamb of God has the seven spirits of God on him which are the eyes ( intellect’s) of God, but that alone does not render physical power, that is why it says that there are also, seven HORNS also with him, now the seven horns represent the seven POWERS, GOD THE FATHER NOT ONLY HAS THE SEVEN SPIRITS BUT THE POWER TO PERFORM the council he recieves from the SEVEN SPIRITS. There are seven spirits of God that supply him his seven destinct intellects , they are his eyes that he uses to comprehend thing with, but he also has the powers to enforce his will on all creation, spirits are not of themselves power sources it takes a power source, much like our bodies are the power source of our spitits. Spirits themselves have no power except to imput into the mind. The body is the power source that carries out the will of the spirits. This is the way I see it at this time.
