Today there is Peace at Home….no Children around…just Georg

I am sending off my very dear 22 year old son today as he follows his dream of living abroad for a year. He will be teaching English in South Korea and I will miss him very much although I am excited for him as well.

Kathi! I did listen to the Song, and it made me cry…. Our baby boy is going to be 50 in October, and our youngest baby girl will be 39 years old… time goes so fast…. Thank you Irene
You are welcome Irene, it made me cry too and my son who was still at home packing to go, gave me a big hug and said that he would be back before I knew it. He is safe and sound and enjoying his new adventure. Thanks for praying for him. I know what you mean about your baby boy even though he is almost 50. I guess they will always be that wide eyed innocent child in our hearts

In memory of one of our local home schooled kids, 20 years old, that died last night in the arms of her mother as her father drove them to get her to help. She died before they got out of the neighborhood of a pulmonary embolism.
