Some new changes

I have made some changes. The "GENERAL" category is now called "NON-BELIEVERS" as that is what is kind of ended up being.

I have added a new forum in there called "Doctrinal Disagreements". It think this could be a good place for people like bodhitharta to post his questions and doubts about the faith and scripture.

This way, "Believers Place" remains as such and bodhitharta gets to still ask his questions and speak to us about his doubts.

I will move some discussions that being here but are in other forums.

If it is a complete failure, I can rearrange things again.
