To all…..PAUL WAS NOT TALKING ABOUT THE WORLD, HE WAS TALKING ABOUT THE CHURCH BECOMING APOSTATE. The world is one thing and some prophets did speak aboutit and the events that would take place. BUT Paul and JOHN was not talking about the world their concern was what was taking place in the church. The only one that being desplayed as a GOD IN THE CHURCH is JESUS . He has been placed there as a GOD AND IS WORSHIPED AS A GOD BY THE APOSTATE CHURCHES. THAT WAS THE ONLY CONCERN PAUL AND HE APOSTLE JOHN WAS CONCERNED ABOUT,NOT WHAT WAS TAKING PLACE IN THE WORLD, BUT IN THE CHURCH.
Why can’t at least some of you aee that?

Kerwin….The beast and false prophet are speaking about the world, PAUL AND JOHN were speaking of what was taking place in the church of GOD, it had nothing to do with the world as a whole. Once you begin to see they were “only” concerned with the church and was only addressing the church, then the peaces begin to fit, and you can see how it fits the “false” teaching about Jesus, by the fallen away church, taking his place and worshiped as a GOD in the church. Nothing to do with the world in general.
That false image of JESUS BEING A GOD AND WORSHIPED AS SUCH, causes the “IMAGE” of him to be changed into the man if sin, because that false image, created by the fallen church, is a trangression of the law, first commandment, “you shall have no other God’s besides me”. This turns THE “IMAGE” OF JESUS into a lawless, man of sin, and this takes place in the church, not in the world.
Surely i can not be the only one here that can see that. How clear it is to me, it is simply amazing to me that none here can see it.

I really do not have enough information to make a conclusion except to stand by what I have said so far.
In addition I know Judaism was full of false teachings even as Christianity has been since before the death of John. If John was speaking of seven churches that existed at that time then the evidence is most were already falling to sin.
Kerwin……true while some churches were falling into verious sins. But what i am trying so desperatly is to deal with what PAUL WAS ADDRESSING AS TAKING PLACE “IN” THE CHURCH, HE was not dealing with the world at all but what was going to take place in the church.
Setting-up of a man in the church as a GOD AND HIM BEING WORSHIPED AS A GOD, only fits JESUS, BECAUSE that is exactly what the gnostic’s were trying to do at that very time. They were already introducing that iniquity into the church, that is why PAUL AND JOHN SAID there were already many antichrists and that that mysterious iniquity was already working only they were restraining it, but when they were removed by death, that iniquity took root in the church and came to fullition in 325 AD AT THE COUNCIL OF NEICA. It became known as the doctrine of trinity that still exists to this very day, and WHEN JESUS RETURNS HE WILL ABOLISH IT out of his own mouth.
Kerwin if you and others can just see this it will greately enlighten your understanding. The key is to understand both the antichrist, and the man of sin, are only dealing with whats taking place “inside” the church. The falling away was already begining to start at the time of the apostles, so they trying their best to prevent it from happening. It all fit kerwin i you think abou it brother.

Some thoughts.
Jesus Christ is the man from heaven(1cor 15)
Those in him make up the Body of Christ.
Perhaps in contradistinction those outside of him make up the Man of sin.
The souls of men are appointed to be the temple of God.
Those outside of Christ worship another God in their temple.
NICK…..All True christians have their bodies as a temple of God. “Know younot that your body is the temple of the living GOD?”, But none of that changes, PAUL’S message to the church as a whole. There was a mysterious iniquity that was already working in that body of believers, and it had to dowith changing their perception of JESUS , and John and Paul were fighting it, John was showing that it was a false perception ofJesus himself, he countered the GNOSTIC’S teaching about Jesus preexisting as a God, by showing that if they believed Jesus came to earth as a God instead of aflesh and blood human being, then that is denying Jesus from being A MESSIAH,OR CHRISTOS, because the Jews both then and now know the Messiah has to be a ordinary human being who was anointed by GOD with the Spirit of GOD. So by saying he was a Preexisting God who came to this earth, meant they were antichrist or anti-MESSIAH. Because they were denying hi flesh existence
Paul also, rather he know it or not, was revealing to those who “love the truth”, that this “falling away” from the truth was about a man, that would take his seat in the church and be set up as a God and would be worshiped as such “IN THE CHURCH “. The only man that has happened to, is JESUS, AND THAT FALSE TEACHING STILL EXIST IN THE FALLEN CHURCHES TO THIS VERY DAY.
NICK….And yes this false teaching or “LIE” is in the temples of men who are in those fallen Churches. This false teaching changes the “IMAGE” OF JESUS, and seats him in those churches as a GOD, which changes the image of him, into a man of sin. It is not the real JESUS who is the man of sin, but the false “Image” of him that is created by A”LIE” about him. That why i said there was no “real” man of sin, Paul was talking about but a false IMAGE OF JESUS.
It all fits those scriptures NICK, think about it.

The essence of GNOSTICISM is the KNOWLEDGE of spiritual things that cannot be shown in scripture.

Nick…..Get off you pet kick, you say, there are aspects of spirits, is wisdom one of them , if so then is wisdom not a form of cognitive “intellect”?, just stay with this subject i have written about it more important then your private war against me saying ibelieve spirits give us there specific type and kind of intellects take it to a thread if it is hendering you from staying on this topic please, anyone who has the SPIRIT OF truth in him or her, should be rejoicing greatly at seeing this truth, including you.

For everyone to speak the same would it not made unity much simpler easy to achieve. I mean the walls of Jericho came tumbling down with sound and vibration, why such the fuss over a tower. when the main goal all along is be as one. just don’t get it.
Princess…..indeed if everyone spoke the same thing it would make unity much simpler. But truth is truth no matter who say it. Problem here is some think if the truth is spoken by someone that that person who posts it is trying to boast their ouwn image here, and that is sad that a person who suposely “loves” truth would even think such a thing. When is hear the truth spoken by anyone here i rejoice and find it stimulating and up lifting, and it makes no difference to me who that person is that posted it. BECAUSE IT IS NOT ABOUT THE PERSON WE SHOULD LEAVE THAT JUDGEMENT TO THE LORD. Remember LOVE, LOVES THE TRUTH.
