ED j…..read what you posted, “BUT YOUR “INIQUITES” HAVE “SEPERATED” BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR GOD.
NOW WHAT DID THE APOSTLE PAUL SAY IN 2Ths 2… THE “MYSTERY” OF “INIQUITY” DOES ALREADY WORK. IT is a “MYSTERY” OF “INIQUITY”, TO THOSE WHO ARE PARISHING IT SAYS. But it is not a MYSTERY of Iniquity to those who know what it is talking about, now is it?
I HAVE NOT ONLT TOLD YOU ALL what this MYSTERY of INIQUITY WAS, but told you why it came about, and who was behind it, and for what reason he created it in the first place.
Believe what you will EDj, no one is forcing you believe it, but i stand by every word i have written, concerning it. We will all know if what i have said about this is right or wrong in the future, won’t we?

Dear Nick,earlier in this thread you were saying Gene was preaching “doctrines of demons”,but now you are saying he is hearing the voice of the Spirit? why have you so suddenly changed your tune? is the voice that was the devil now God for you Nick? Perhaps God and his son the devil are both playing tricks on your fickle mind?
Is God feeding you with that spirit of delusion as in 2Thess 2:11 ? or is it just Gene giving you that?

“If you believe human beings have ACTUALLY seen God them you are going contrary to what Jesus himself said, as i posted it to you” So was your Jesus not a human being then? is that not your main point,that he was a human being just like us? then why did he see God? how about your god called Moses or was he just a man? you claim he didn’t see God yet scripture says he saw God face to face and was the friend of God? oh so you take the Pharisees interpretation when it’s convenient for you which is to say that he just saw an angel? ok then who was that angel that he saw? was it the preexistent Jesus or will you agree with your JW brothers that it was Michael? or maybe Michael and Jesus are the same or actually twins.

Philip saw God. Look at a human that walks according to the Spirit and you will see God for that person’s actions and words will be God’s.

What truly weak answers you both give. Are you both annointed men? you both claim to be and so you both have seen God? so you’ve seen God spiritually I suppose as I claim also? so is that how Moses and Jesus saw God too? just spiritually in their own thoughts? maybe so and many stories were built upon that.

AndrewAD. ….GOD IS SPIRIT, NO MAN CAN PHYSICALLY SEE SPIRIT, but we can see him “spritually”, with the EYE OF THE MIND. What do you think Jesus meant when he said, Joh 4:18…., NO “MAN” has “seen” God “AT ANY TIME”; the ONLY BEGOTTEN (human born son of God), which is in the bosom (closest to) the Father, has declared him (made known).
John tells us this, 1Jn 4:12-13…No “Man”, has seen God at any time. IF we love one another, God dwells in us, and his love is perfected in us 13, hereby “KNOW” we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he has given us of “His” spirit. Read the rest of those scriptures also and it may help you.
AndrewAD. ..you are bogged down in false teachings brother, i know it is hard to get rid of much of what you have heard over the years, from those false teachers you have listened to, but with God’s help all things are possible.

I ask you this plainly,did Jesus claim to see God? Is the Father God? In St Jn 6:46 Jesus says “Not that any man hath seen the Father,save he which is of God,he hath seen the Father. What does that mean to you? It seems to me that Jesus is claiming to have seen God?
Jesus says in Jn4:18 For thou hast had five husbands etc.. while the verse you refer to in St Jn 1:18 is not Jesus speaking as you claim but rather the author of St John’s gospel saying Jesus shows God to us.
And what of Moses? Do you really think he wrote the Torah as tradition claims? if so why does he claim to see God?
My false teachers according to you then are only those you worship, Moses and Jesus respectfully.

God is invisible but his deeds can be seen and his words heard. He is visible in those.
“he who is of God” is anyone that has the ability to see God’s actions and words. As the Christ Jesus is chief of them and the way by which they can see God.
When Jesus said “he who is of God” in that verse he is plainly referring to himself. And what of this verse St Jn 3:13 “No one has ascended to heaven but he who descended from heaven; the Son of Man”?

Nick and gene and kerwin are lost in their own views ,for they all believe what the scriptures do not say,or teaches ,they will argue that it is you that do not understand a thing but they could not come with scriptures to prove them right ,look at the scriptures they provide none or few ,
but lots of mouth wash ,and religion stuff ,
I shown them scriptures ,pages they would not believe what is written unless they change it to their own understanding ,
they don’t even believe Christ was and is the true and only begotten son of God almighty created at the start of creation as Colossian 1;15-21 says
and John 1;14those scriptures are pasted through their sives to be approved ;like God words are not good but need their approval ,folly

That translation gives that impression but I have read it in other versions and I have also read parallel verses.
John 6:46American Standard Version (ASV)
46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he that is from God, he hath seen the Father.
It is a difficult passage to translate from Koine Greek to English.
Here is a parallel passage.
You may be right as this is the parallel one and my memory is known to fail from time to time.

every time you/we do not follow the truth in scriptures we create a separation with God through the teachings of his son ,
that is the doctrine of separation ,being separated from God through our own makingyou should look at yourself for I know what i say is the truth from scriptures ,i am ready to cut my tongue if i lie are you ready also ?
