Angels are sometimes messengers to Humans.
A Person may also be a messenger of God.
But a Human is not an Angelic being.

Yes they are servants of God and ministering spirits to the saved.
Folk who think he pre existed often want to assign him a form as a being.

Lesser god or angelic being are popular choices but the Word was with God and was God.

This debate you're having with t8 all boils down to one point:

The Hebrew word “malak” and the Greek word “aggelos” both simply mean “messenger”.  Angel is an English word that we attribute to a SPIRIT messenger/malak/aggelos…………WHEN the translators feel the passage is speaking about a SPIRIT messenger/malak/aggelos.

In Revelation 1:1, Jesus is definitely a SPIRIT messenger/malak/aggelos, and therefore, by English terms, an ANGEL.

In other words, we must decide if the malak/aggelos mentioned is a human being or a spirit being. If a spirit being, the English word is “angel”, and if a human being, the English word is “messenger”.
