hi MB,
When you can hear the Spirit you will know truth.

The Word had glory with God.
The Word wanted that situation to be resumed.
But God had greater plans for the Word putting all things under him.
I agree with those three statements, Nick. But read John 17:1, and tell me WHO is the one who did the talking? He is called JESUS, right? So it is JESUS who had glory with God………. and JESUS who wanted that situation to be resumed.
Then read Hebrews 2:9, and tell me WHO God crowned with glory and honor.
Read Matthew 28:18, and tell me WHO God gave all authority in heaven and on earth.
Read Col 1:17-18, and tell me WHO is before all things, and WHO was given supremacy by God.
Because THAT is the one God put all things under. That one's name is JESUS, and he is God's SON – not a spirit of God.
So you are correct in all you said about “The Word” in that last post. But you still haven't figured out that “The Word” actually IS “Jesus, the Son of God”.
They are one and the same, and have been since God created him as the first of His works.

You've stated that the Word WAS God.
Is the Word STILL God? YES or NO?
June 13, 2014 at 12:44 am#388720NickHassanParticipantHi WU,
Jesus was a man born in Bethlehem.
He never had glory with God.Jesus CHRIST , the Word, in the parlance of scripture did.

Jesus was a man born in Bethlehem.
He never had glory with God.
Yet John 17:1 says it was “JESUS” who prayed those words to God.And “Jesus” asked God to “glorify your SON”. Do you suppose “the Spirit of Christ” is God's Son, and needed to be glorified by God? In what way? And who was able to see the glorification of this “spirit”?
In verse 2, “Jesus” speaks about human beings that God had given him. Do you suppose God gave those people to “the Spirit of Christ”? In what way were they “given” to this “spirit”? What does that mean?
Nick, the bottom line is that SCRIPTURE says “JESUS” said that prayer. You can INVENT some “spirit” that said those words through Jesus…… but it will forever remain merely an INVENTION by you. There will never be any truth to it.

Was there any DOUBT in ANYONE'S mind that it was the demon saying the words? Of course not – which is why the God-inspired writer of those accounts TOLD US it was the demon saying the words……… right? In which verse did the God-inspired writer of John 6 tell us it was some spirit saying the words Jesus spoke?
We can also tell by the CONTEXT. For example, why would THE MAN ask to be sent into a herd of pigs? What would that mean for THE MAN to make such a request?
So of course it was the demon(s) who said those words, right?
On the other hand, what would it mean for THE FATHER (the ONLY one who is ever said to have spoken through Jesus) to say He came down from heaven to do God's will instead of His own?
There are many other tells as well. I've started an experiment in the “Pre-existent” thread to help you recognize these tells.

June 15, 2014 at 5:28 pm#389007mikeboll64BlockedI believe Nick has now realized his errors. He knows he has been proven wrong by the scriptures themselves.
I wish that he would have been man enough to stick around and ADMIT that the scriptures themselves proved him wrong – because that might have helped some other people like Adam, Marty, and Gene.
Nevertheless, my hope and prayer is that he has gone into a state of deep meditation and prayer, seeking guidance from the CORRECT Spirit this time.

i found this scripture as well ;1Co 15:47 The first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven.
it says one was made from the dust but the other was made of thing of heaven meaning of GOD

June 15, 2014 at 11:12 pm#389032terrariccaParticipantTHE WAY IT LOOKS NO ONE GOES BACK AND SEE TO WHAT AS BEEN SAID ,AND SO MISSES PLENTY ,AND ALSO A REPETITION COMES ON ,INSTEAD OF BUILDING UP IT SEEMS WE ARE TEARING DOWN AND REBUILD BUT NEVER FINISH ANYTHING MORE THAN THE FIRST FLOOR ,AND SOME TIMES NOT EVEN FINISH THE FOUNDATION
