To ALL……….>The passover is today, and it is important we all spend some time refelcting on How Jesus gave Himself for us all, How we are to take to ourselves (eat) his Body, and take to ourselves (drink) his blood shed for our sins.
Isa 52:13…..> Behold , my servant shall deal prudently. he shall be exulted and extolled, and be very high. 14, as many were astonished at you; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more then the sons of men. 15, So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told shall they see; and that which they had nit heard shall they consider.
Isa 53:1……> Who has believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed, 2, For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground: he has no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him there is no beauty that we should desire him. 3, He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 4, Surely he has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6, (ALL) we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; AND THE LORD HAS LAID ON HIM THE INIQUITY OF US ALL>
Isa 53:7 He was oppressed, and he was affected, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shears is dumb, so he opened not his mouth. 8 He was taken from prison and from judgement: and who shall declare his generation” for he was cut of from the land of the LIVING : for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
peace and love to you all…………………………………gene

I find no celebration in that but deep sorrow and remorse. It is a grave reality to me of what it took for Jesus to pay that price for me to have Life. We have indeed been purchased with a GREAT PRICE, Jesus laid his self interest aside for our good, a man who never sin and did not have to die, took his eternal life status, and laid it aside for us all and experienced death for us all.
He is our KINSMEN REDEEMER, and therefore fulfilled the requirements of the Law in order for us all to have forgiveness of our sin and iniquities because he PAID the PRICE to the GREAT JUDGE of ALL who rendered the Judgment ” The soul the sins (IT) shall PARISH.”
we are all debtors to Jesus that is for sure.peace and love to you and yours………………………………………………..gene

It is true, He paid for our sins but don't let that stop you from celebrating. You can celebrate the fact that He is risen…He is risen indeed? Hallelujah! The church choir sang this right at the end of the Resurrection Day service this morning. I had never heard it sang at a time besides Christmas. It is certainly appropriate for today!
God bless,
