New Topics page

The new Topics page linked in the main menu of the site is an alternative way to enter the forums. Instead of showing you the forum hierarchy, you see a list of the most active topics and who posted. It is laid out exactly in the same fashion as the forum so it will be familiar.

I also changed the Forum link to Forums and it shows a full page instead of a page with a side bar. I think it looks better because there are lots of links on this page and they are more spread out and the whole page doesn’t look as busy when you cannot see all the links in the sidebar.
