    Hi 94,
Since what you previously thought to be the voice of God turned out to be deception why not question this idea too?

    Hi:

After Sunday school this past Sunday, the pastor of the church speaking to the congregation from her Sunday school seat said something on the following order:  “I am going to get that person who is trying to teach you contrary to the 'trinity'”.  She was speaking about me because although I have not said anything to the congregation or even mentioned it in Sunday school, I have shared my understanding with her, and she has indicated that she will never accept anything different than the “trinity” because the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost each have their role.

This Sunday was communion Sunday, and prior to partaking of communion, the pastor read the following scripture:

    Quote
    1Cr 11:23 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the [same] night in which He was betrayed took bread;
1Cr 11:24 and when He had given thanks, He broke [it] and said, “Take, eat; [fn] this is My body which is broken [fn] for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”
1Cr 11:25 In the same manner [He] also [took] the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink [it], in remembrance of Me.”
1Cr 11:26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes.
1Cr 11:27 Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks [this] cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood [fn] of the Lord.
1Cr 11:28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup.
1Cr 11:29 For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner [fn] eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord's [fn] body.
1Cr 11:30 For this reason many [are] weak and sick among you, and many sleep.
1Cr 11:31 For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged.

In essence, what she was saying “that she was going to get me” is that if I did not repent I would be partaking of communion unworthily, and would be judged of the Lord.  The scripture states if we judge ourselves we will not be judged, but if we are judged of the Lord, some are sickly and some sleep because of partaking of communion unworthily.

I did not repent because my conscience is clear, and I cannot tell someone that I agree with the “trinity doctrine” if I do not, never, never, never.

This is the spirit of Saul that God has shown me would try to prevent Him from exalting me to the position of Bishop over that congregation, but remembering that Saul fell on his own sword, I hope that when she is judged of the Lord, she will not get sick.  God is not a respector of persons.

God has shown me in a vision that she will realize that He is trying to reach her through me.

The pastors husband passed away 8 years ago and she has recently remarried and will be going to another city with her new husband and she plans to start another church there.  She has indicated that she plans to come to the current church on Sundays until she gets that church established.

God has shown me that everything He promised me will come to pass, and so, I know that what He has promised that He will do.

    Love in Christ,
    Marty

    Hi:

I brought this post up because I wanted to give an update that is related to this post.

As I stated the Pastor stated that she was going to get me because I was teaching contrary to the Father, Son and Holy Ghost (the trinity) and what she meant that when we partook of the Lord's supper if I partook of it unworthily I would be judged. The scripture states that if we would judge ourselves we would not be judged, but because some partake of the Lord's supper unworthily, many are weak and sickly, and some sleep.
I had indicated that I hoped that she would not get sick, because she was the spirit of Saul which God warned me would try to prevent what Him putting me in the office of the Bishop over the church.

As it turned out, she and her new husband were on a boat on their honey moon 50 miles off of the coast of Haiti when the earthquake hit and they had a very rough ride on the high seas.

I had begun tithing my income in this church and also, contributing to a collection in the church that they label Pastor's appreciation, but in a dream the Lord asked me if I was trying to bring the church into unity, and of course, my answer to that was yes, but in a dream following this, he told me that I was not hearing what he was saying, which was that I should not have begun tithing or giving to the pastor's appreciation, because of the unresolved differences that I had with the Pastor.

I called the pastor and told her that God was dealing with me on some issues, and scheduled a meeting with her. When we met, she had one of the elders there, and I discussed with her what the Lord was saying to me.

She indicated to me that someone had told her that I had said that I was going to take over the church, but I told her that was not what I had stated, and shared with her that God had spoken to me saying that He was going to use me in the position of a Bishop in the church, and that I was not going to put myself in that position, but that He had stated that is what He wanted to do. She stated that if she were removed from her position there were others who were more qualified, and she had them all arranged in event something happened to her. I told her that it was not her church.

The issues that we discussed that remain unresolved are that she believes that the scripture that states “Quench not the Spirit”, means that people have the freedom to worship any way that they want to worship in the sanctuary. This includes running around the sancturary, speaking in tongues, falling out and dancing in the spirit. 1 Co. 14 states that when we come together as a congregation that all things should be done decently and in order. The other issue is the doctrine of the Trinity.

I told her that this doctrine was a misunderstanding of scripture, and showed her that it was wrong in that the gospel is preached “Jesus Christ and him crucified” and people are saved, and then they are brought in to the church and are told that unless they believe the “trinity doctrine” they could not be a part of the church. This seemed go get her attention. Also, I told her that it was the Holy Ghost that overshadowed the Virgin Mary. Jesus said that God was his Father, not a third person of a tri-une God.

I told her also that I could not tithe my income or give to the pastor's appreciation fund until these issues were resolved. But also, I told her that I did appreciate many of the things that she did as the pastor of the church, and that is why I had begun giving.

In leaving I told her that she owed me an appology for indicating she was going to get me.

And finally, this last note to my friend on the forum, Nick. Please stop trying to tell me that I am deluded about this issue. I am not. And you will soon see that what I have said regarding God using me as a Bishop over that church is true.

    Love in Christ,
    Marty

    Hi princessoftheking:

Yes, absolutely sure. These people are full of zeal for the Lord, but need a little correction which is what the Lord will do through me.

The vision of the church is to bring Israel back to God, and the statement is that the church exists that people may know the love of God, grow in the love of God, and go into the world and share the love of God.

But God does things in His timing. He said that He would put me in that position, and so, I am waiting for Him to put me there. I don't want the position without His anointing.

I was waiting on a check last week. It was no food in the house except for some chicken from a week before that had dried out. I paired it with some soup. As I was eating it, I began to cry. I told just told God that it was discusting and that I just couldn't bare to eat it. Not in a disrespectful way though. All that day, I was drawing a coat because I am an aspiring product-designer. But I coudn't figure out how to draw a collar. So I pulled out a coat. I tried it on and slipped my hands into the pockets and there was $12! But wait! It gets better. The next day I went to the grocerery store and pretty much every item I needed was on sale for almost 1/2 off. Not only did I eat well that night, but I had enough to put gas in my tank to pick up my check. Thank you God! Jesus is Lord!

Greetings Marty….I just finished reading your post regarding the pastor at your church and the experience that she had with the earth quake in Haiti….Let us not forget that Haiti is a country that has a long history of apostasee coupled with rampant crime all having its roots in VooDoo…the vast majority have no interest in the God of the bible, although they appear to their actions tell adifferent story….Having said…..what come to mind with me is…We should not interfear when God is dealing with a person or in this case a nation….

    Hi TJ:

I am here to serve God however he chooses to use me in saving his children from destruction, and never to interfere with what He is doing.

For the most part, men do not think they have a need for God unless there are problems, and so, although Voo-Doo and whatever else is practiced in Haiti, hopefully, some will turn to God and be saved through these problems.

    Love in Christ,
    Marty

I have been praying that God take care of my finances. I recently learned that God says seek me early and you will find me. So I did. I woke up early in the morning one day last week at around 4:30am (before the sun rose) and prayed (I also had been praying days before). I thanked God. And asked him to bless me with cash that day for some bills. At about 11:30am he blessed me with $500 and out of the blue. I had no checks due me, no clients, ect. I truely had no possible way out of my situation except by him. He was my only hope. I'm hoping that this gives faith to someone someone else who may be in need. God loves us all. Glory be to God!
