Melchizedek was an incarnate Son of God under the authority of Christ Michael. He was an emergency Son as the concepts of God were at a low point at the time of his incarnation on the earth 1,973 BCMachiventia Melchizedek was here for 90 years, he conducted a missionary school in Salem. From there the priest of El Elyon sent out missionaries of the truth of the one God to the four corners of the earth.
It was Melchizedek who was the visible representative of God in making the covenant with Abraham.
The Melchizedeks are a special order of Sons, After the default of Adam & Eve our world was put into receivership with the Melchizedeks until the times of Michaels incarnation as “Jesus”.
This has been revealed to us for the first time in the Urantia Book. More on the Melchizedeks here:

PierreDo you think that deep knowledge is plainly spelt out?
If that were the case, then we wouldn't need the holy spirit would we?When I learn't about Melchesidek I understood it in 5 mins. How long has it been now we been trying to show you?
How can it be private interpretation?
The man Melchesidek had no mother or father. He just appears to Abraham then disappears.
He is called King of Righteousness, and king of Peace.
How can you honestly with your spirit accept that another man, other than Christ can earn this title? That Christ comes after another? So your answer is that, he is a priest, and that's that. Not good enough Pierre. No explanation. Show us you understand then.

edj.Melchisedek is an office? You are letting your imaginations run wild.
The man does not exist: so why would paul say how great this man was?Heb.7:4.( so whats your answer)?
wrong translation?Abraham gave 10% to an office, who is the director of that office?(I know some preacher preached this).

so you and I can make it the story we want ,but the truth is that it will remain what it says ;
Ge 14:18 Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High,
Ge 14:19 and he blessed Abram, saying,
“Blessed be Abram by God Most High,
Creator of heaven and earth.
Ge 14:20 And blessed be God Most High,
who delivered your enemies into your hand.”Then Abram gave him a tenth of everything.
YOU PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE PRIEST THAT COMES TO ABRAHAM THAN TO THE FRIEND OF GOD,STORY AND DREAM;
Ge 15:1 After this, the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision:
“Do not be afraid, Abram.
I am your shield,
your very great reward.”
Ge 15:2 But Abram said, “O Sovereign LORD, what can you give me since I remain childless and the one who will inherit my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?”
Ge 15:3 And Abram said, “You have given me no children; so a servant in my household will be my heir.”
Ge 15:4 Then the word of the LORD came to him: “This man will not be your heir, but a son coming from your own body will be your heir.”
Ge 15:5 He took him outside and said, “Look up at the heavens and count the stars—if indeed you can count them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”
Ge 15:6 Abram believed the LORD, and he credited it to him as righteousness.
Ge 15:7 He also said to him, “I am the LORD, who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to take possession of it.”
Ge 15:8 But Abram said, “O Sovereign LORD, how can I know that I will gain possession of it?”
Ge 15:9 So the LORD said to him, “Bring me a heifer, a goat and a ram, each three years old, along with a dove and a young pigeon.”
Ge 15:10 Abram brought all these to him, cut them in two and arranged the halves opposite each other; the birds, however, he did not cut in half.
Ge 15:11 Then birds of prey came down on the carcasses, but Abram drove them away.
Ge 15:12 As the sun was setting, Abram fell into a deep sleep, and a thick and dreadful darkness came over him.
Ge 15:13 Then the LORD said to him, “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a country not their own, and they will be enslaved and mistreated four hundred years.
Ge 15:14 But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will come out with great possessions.
Ge 15:15 You, however, will go to your fathers in peace and be buried at a good old age.
Ge 15:16 In the fourth generation your descendants will come back here, for the sin of the Amorites has not yet reached its full measure.”THIS IS THE GLORY OF GOD.

PierreYou tell me what Priests of God were around in Abrahams day?
Abraham was the one who had contact with God, then his son Isaac was also loved by God, and also his grandson Lot. Where is Melchisedek's lineage? Why is it not mentioned, with such a high title, King of Righeousness, and King of Peace? No mention of his lineage? Cause there is no lineage. No mother or father. But your bible says no KNOWN mother or father, so there, you cannot understand the scripture, for it gives you the wrong meaning, implying no-one knew who his mother or father was, when in fact he did not have one.I AM PAYING ATTENTION TO MELCHIZEDEK BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THE TOPIC IS ABOUT.
Genesis 15 has nothing to do with Melchezeldek. You are off track and still can't explain.

EdJ.Dont you know that in the great flood only 8 souls were saved; and one of them is shem, and his father is noah, and shems children has got fathers, and mothers?
Where does Melchisedek come in the picture, since he was in the days of abraham with no beginning of –life–and no end of–life–.
And he is definitely not just an office;for scrpture says that he was a man.wakeup.

Hi Wakeup,The writer of Hebrews did not know Melchizedek was “Shem”.
The writer of Hebrews, prophetically speaking, was saying
that Melchizedek was a shadow-picture of Jesus Christ.God bless
