                     Thou – JEHOVAH
                     thy spirit – HolySpirit

“and thou renewest the face of the earth” (quite a statement here)

so the comforter his also the SPIRIT (ANGEL?) OF TRUTH

EdJ………..Good scriptures, to think about , the spirit is like a link that links us to God, remember when Jesus said , the comforter was with you ( it was in Jesus) so as Jesus was with them so was the Spirit of God also , and it is that same spirit Jesus sent to be in all true believers, that is what he meant by saying I in you and you in me , and I am in the father and the father is in me. It's the same spirit that is in all true believers and the rest are simply not his. IMO
