Quote (mikeboll64 @ July 16 2013,09:54) Quote (Ed J @ July 15 2013,16:01) Maybe Peter was not referring to the timing of events – “I DON'T KNOW!”
And if he was, then the phrase “ALL THINGS” would be an exaggerated statement, wouldn't it?It is similar in 1 John 2:20, where believers are said to “know ALL THINGS”.
I only want you to understand that there exist many exaggerated statements in the scriptures.
Hi Mike,It is not my place to judge what Peter meant.
The bible says all have fallen short of the glory of God,
do you include Jesus as part of “all” in that verse? …I do not.God bless

You mean there are no other ELOHIM, right?
No, I mean there are no other gods.EL-o-heem” is used for any of the following:
1. GOD
2. Angels
3. Leaders

I didn't ask for a list of who WASN'T a less high god, Ed. I asked for a list of who WAS one of the less high gods that Jehovah is higher than.
Hi Mike,Jesus said that applies to us (ref. John 10:34). I do not consider us as gods though.
God bless

2) Jesus name means “YA is Salvation” – “YA” is “the Savior”.
Are you unable to answer those simple YES or NO questions with a YES or a NO?Agendas often prohibit people from answering simple questions with direct and honest answers.
Leave your agendas at the door, Ed. And then see if you're capable of answering those very SIMPLE questions with a direct and honest YES or NO.
Hi Mike,Your yes/no questions contain 'spin'.
Agendas often prohibit people from understanding answers to not so simple questions.God bless

1. Ed, does the word “and” appear in that teaching? In other words, did Moses say they sacrificed to BOTH demons AND TO false gods? YES or NO?2. Does the word “false” appear anywhere in that teaching? In other words, where are you reading the phrase “FALSE gods”? Because it surely isn't in the Hebrew words Moses wrote, is it? YES or NO?
Hi Mike,1) History shows that they did both.
2) An 'IDOL' is a false god, do you believe 'idols' are real Gods?
You're still having problems, huh? Here – let me help you some more………….1. NO Mike, the word “and” is NOT in that verse, but I must ADD it so my agenda is realized.
2. NO Mike, the phrase “false god” is not in that scripture – nor in ANY scripture in the ENTIRE BIBLE. But I have to ADD the word “false” into many scriptures, so my agenda can be realized.
See Ed? That's how questions are answered DIRECTLY and HONESTLY.
Now you give it a try, okay?
Hi Mike,1) Was Molech a fallen angel or a false god?
2) 'Idols' are indeed false gods, even if you disagree.God bless

Your own words have put the final nail in the coffin of your agenda. Your own words said that angels are indeed real elohim. And your own words INSIST that Jehovah was making an exaggerated statement in Isaiah 45:21, and a few other scriptures.
Of course you'll never admit such a thing, but I don't really care. I have SHOWN it to you, so my job here is done.
Peace and Love to you, my friend………

There is no “spin”, Ed. Just simple honest questions that deserve simple honest answers. Here – I'll let you sneak a peak at my paper, on which I've written the direct and honest answers that you are having a hard time coming up with……………1. No Mike, Jehovah was not actually any of the saviors He SENT. Therefore, there have been MANY saviors, even though Jehovah exaggeratedly states that He is the ONLY one.
2. No Mike. Jesus Christ was NOT Jehovah – but instead a DIFFERENT savior that Jehovah SENT…………… proving once again that Jehovah was making an exaggerated statement for emphasis in Isaiah 45.
There you go, friend. I'll let you cheat off of my homework this one time, okay?

1. I believe Molech was a demon………. a living breathing entity.2. Moot, because the word “idol” is not mentioned in Deuteronomy 32:17. Instead, Moses wrote about demons – and called those very demons “gods they knew not”.

Kerwintrue actions according to God's law ARE NOT TRADITIONS
NOW;SINS YOU ARE SO INCLINE TO MAKE A CASE ABOUT THE “EL” OF ABRAHAM AND THE KING OF SODOM SO LET SEE ACCORDING TO SCRIPTURES ;
WHICH OF THE TWO HAS GIVEN THE TITHE TO THE HIGH PRIEST OF THE TRUE “EL” THAT CAME TO BOTH OF THEM
1)WAS IT ABRAHAM
2)WAS IT THE KING OF SODOM
3) WAS IT BOTH OF THEMSO WHAT IS YOUR ANSWER
UNDERSTAND THAT ONLY THE ONE THAT SERVES THE TRUE “EL” WILL PAY THE TITHE NOT THE OTHER THAT AS ANOTHER “EL” TO WHICH HE MAKE OFFERINGS
T,I answered this and you accused me of twisting your words.
KQuote As far as I know neither Abraham or the King of Sodom are called a priest of El. why did you not answer my question ,instead of tell things i never said
so answer the question ,and do not tell lies
T,My answer is none of them as far as I know as I know of no Scripture which either of them were a priest of El.

kdid Israel ad to follow the law of God or their own tradition
T,Many followed the traditions of men.
A remnant followed the traditions of God.
The tradition of men that many followed was a mixture of true and false. The true comes from God while the false comes from man. Follow that which is true, not that which is false.
Ksee what you are saying good and bad is mixed but this would make all things bad .
God's law and wisdom of knowledge can not be mixed ,that is the search of the righteous so that he can become holy as God is holy ,(pure in truth)
so tradition mixed or not it still bad and of men ,look all the churches they all have good from the bible but they also have bad things some are worse than others ,Catholics in the front line
T,You are correct about the traditions of men but one blessed by God can separate the true from the false even in flawed traditions.
